Apple just released the new iOS 11.4 update and fans can download it right now. Moreover, the new update introduces software changes to AirPlay 2 and messages in iCloud. While this might be great news for iPhone and iPad owners, the jailbreaking community doesn’t have anything to be happy about because there isn’t any news about a complete iOS 11.4 jailbreak tool.
Hackers are Working on iOS 11.4 Jailbreak
Even though a functional iOS 11.4 jailbreak tool has yet to be released, Cydia fans should be glad to know that hackers are tirelessly working towards cracking the operating system. To make things even better, there are some hackers who actually managed to find some exploits and this leads us to believe that an iOS 11.4 jailbreak tool will arrive in the nearby future.
Abraham Masri Teases Semi-Jailbreak for iOS 11.4
In case you don’t know, Abraham Masri is a well-renowned developer who loves to crack Apple’s operating system. The reason why we are talking about Abraham Masri is that he teased that he managed to create a semi-jailbreak for iOS 11.4.
Abraham Masri posted a short video teaser in which he showed that the semi-jailbreak works on different platforms, but the developer didn’t announce when he is going to release the tool to the public.
iOS 11.3.1 Jailbreak
Another thing that gives jailbreak fans a hope for an iOS 11.4 jailbreak tool is the fact that Alibaba’s Min Zheng created an iOS 11.3.1 jailbreak with one of his associates who works for the Qihoo 360 Vulcan team. Nonetheless, Min Zheng also posted a video in which he showed that the iOS 11.3.1 jailbreak tool is able to load Cydia on an iOS-powered device.
From the looks of it, hackers and developers such as Abraham Masri are not going to need too much time before they will be able to release the highly anticipated iOS 11.4 jailbreak tool. Unfortunately, the only thing that we can do right now is to wait for them to be ready.
