There is a big hope GOOGLE Pixel fans have that Pixel 2’s issue will be set before Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL’s release date and Google is working on it.
These two phones from Google might be the most excitedly awaited handsets which’s release will be this year.
As rumors regarding what innovative technology Pixel 3 Xl will come with are spreading, it says it will sport iPhone X-style notch.
According to BGR, the freshly released Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL have been affected by a fatal flaw since their launch.
The bug is causing the camera app on these devices to crash every time the user wants to take a picture.
Below you can see the complaints from Pixel 2 XL’s users posted on Twitter:
“I’ve tried that (the solution offered by Google) already, and it didn’t work.
“I’ve also put my phone into safe mode to see if another app is affecting it and I did a factory reset but nothing has worked.
“I’ve only had the phone for 3 or 4 months, so it’s really odd!”
To which Made By Google Twitter account answered that they are trying to solve the problem: “Understood. We’re aware of this issue and are looking into it.”
“As a workaround, try temporarily putting your phone in airplane mode and then try to retake a photo. Keep us posted.” They added.
Users are eagerly waiting for the problem to be solved and they are also hoping that it will not feature on the next model.
While working to fix this problem, Google is also planning the reveal of Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL which might take place in October as usual.
