Free games are coming to PlayStation Plus subscribers in September 2019. The wait time for the official review will not be a long one as Sony will be quick to announce them until then. The company has announced it will reveal the games list on the 28th of August at 4.30 PM. The free games will be available for download a week after that.
Free game predictions
Fans have started to make their predictions on the free game list that will be available for the PS Plus subscribers. Reddit is the platform most gamers used to jump in on the guessing game. Think of it as predicting who will win the FIFA World Cup but on a smaller scale.
In terms of exclusives, Uncharted 4 has been selected by fans, as well as The Nathan Drake collection. Third-party releases are said to include Doom, Ghost Recon: Wildlands, and Dying Light. Fans have favorited some indie titles such as Celeste, Hollow Knight, and Firewatch.
EA games are also expected with titles such as Mass Effect: Andromeda and Dragon Age: Inquisition. But the launch of EA Access would possibly prohibit such titles from being available on PS Plus.
Play the August games on PS Plus
Rather than making predictions about September games, PS4 users can play the August selection of games right now. These will be available until the 3rd of September, just before the launch of the other wave of games. Some of the August games include titles like Wipeout Omega and Sniper Elite 4.
Sniper Elite 4
The game is set in Italy with gorgeous coastal towns on the Mediterranean. The protagonist of the game, elite marksman Karl Fairburne, needs to navigate the ancient forests and the mountain valleys to help the Italian Resistance in their struggle for liberating their country.
