How to Download and Install Pokémon on your PC

Pokémon is a popular game among mobile users. Nonetheless, you might feel like it would be easier to play it on your PC. While there is no PC version yet, there is a way to get Pokémon on your computer using an emulator.

In this article, we will show you how to do that so you can run Pokémon on your PC. The process is not complicated but you will have to be careful and respect all the steps. Let’s start.

Installing Pokémon on your computer

First of all, you will need to find a ROM. You should use an online source that you trust for that. Loveroms.com is one of them. Once you find a website that you trust, use the search function to look for Pokémon. Simply enter the title and press search.

You will be given a number of results, scroll down and find the game that you want to download. There are numerous versions, but you should choose one that is relevant enough. Try to find titles marked as Gameboy Advance, Gameboy Color or Nintendo DS.

One good way to discover which games are worth it is by looking at the ratings. The one with the best ratings should be the best one. Click the game and the page for it should open. You will see the “Install LoveROMS search extension” box somewhere at the bottom of the Download button. It is recommended to uncheck it, unless you want to download the search extension.

After you do that, you have to click the Download Now button. You will find that button at the middle of the page. After you press it, the ROM should begin to download. After the download process is complete you can start installing it on your computer.
