Is the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Worth the Wait?

The leaked information about the Galaxy Note 9 don’t bring something new to the table. However, Samsung has confirmed that it will worth the wait.

According to the newspaper The Korea Herald, Gray G. Lee, head of the AI Center Under Samsung Research, announced that Galaxy Note 9 will have Bixby 2.0 as the smart assistant. Given the fact that last year users ridiculed Bixby on the Galaxy S8, Lee praised the new feature and said it will enhance enhances the performance and user experience, natural language processing and that it will improve noise resistance capability and faster response times.

However, Samsung has failed to keep up with its competitors – Google, Amazon and Apple – regarding artificial intelligence, but is now regaining strength. Lee characterized Bixby 2.0. as an “artificial intelligence platform”, expecting it to run on 14 million Samsung devices by the end of the year. Moreover, the company now has 1,000-strong AI workforce and will step up the game with involving itself with artificial intelligence businesses.

If the arguments above are not convincing enough, a mysterious leaker who goes by the name Ice Universe stated on Twitter that the Galaxy Note 9 will have a UX design that will be interactive for the users which they will benefit from. He went even further to say that we can call the new product Crown UX. It is worth to mention that Ice Universe has been the Galaxy Note 9’s biggest critic in recent weeks, so to read such a statement praising the product makes the launch more intriguing as it was before.

Samsung has had problems with the software before, so an improvement is welcomed. However, there is still a problem with the Galaxy Note 9 hardware. We won’t have to wait long to find out it the software will make-up for this feature.
