Clash of Clans TH12 Update Available to Play – Upgrade Time on Troops, Buildings and Everything Else

One of the things that makes Clash of Clans such an interesting game even though it’s been out for a couple of years now is the fact that the developers are always balancing the combat through buffs and nerfs. Therefore, Clash of Clans players need to always be on their A-game and come up with new strategies that will help them defeat their foes.

New Update

As previously mentioned, the developers are always surprising players with new updates and a brand-new one dropped on Tuesday. The interesting thing about this update is that it wasn’t announced and it simply came out of nowhere. The reason why the developers didn’t announce it is because it doesn’t introduce any features and it focuses primarily on balance changes.

Balance Changes

Clash of Clans players should be happy to know that the game is now going to feature lots of time changes for Hero-regen, troops, buildings, and all other types of upgrades. Now we are going to list down the most important balance changes that Clash of Clans are going to have to deal with after installing the new update.

  • Air Defense upgrade reduced by 50 percent;
  • X-Bow upgrade reduced by 36 percent;
  • Gold Mine upgrade reduced by 50 percent;
  • Town Hall upgrade reduced by 50 percent;
  • Barrack upgrade reduced by 100 percent;
  • Mortar upgrade reduced by 40 percent;
  • Clan Castle upgrade reduced by 50 percent;
  • Laboratory upgrade reduced by 40 percent.

Final Thoughts

The balance changes we mentioned above are only a glimpse of the total buildings, potions and troops that feature increased upgrade time. From the looks of it, the developers are trying to increase the down time in Clash of Clans in order to give players more time to think about their next move.
