If you want to jailbreak your iPad using Electra, we will teach you how. Follow the steps below in order to achieve that. Unfortunately, at the moment this jailbreak only supports devices running iOS 11.2 – 11.3.1 and iOS 11.4b1 – 11.4b3.
Download Cydia impactor then download the Electra Jailbreak and put them on your Mac in the same folder.
To open the Impactor dmg double click on it.
Onto the Applications folder shortcut, drag and drop the Impactor app.
From your Applications folder launch Impacto and if asked to confirm click Open.
Via USB connect your iPad to your computer, then drag and drop the Electra IPA (app which we downloaded earlier) into the Cydia Impactor app.
In order to let IPA run on your computer, you will be asked to enter your Apple ID and password which is only used to sign it.
Now, the IPA will be signed by Cydia Impactor and install on your device the Electra jailbreak.
From your SpringBoard enable the Setting app then from the menu choose Siri & Search. To turn off the Listen for ‘Hey Siri’ tap on it and Press Home for Siri toggles.
From the Settings menu choose General, from there select Device Management then tap to select your Apple ID.
Press the Trust “[email protected]” button and from the alert that appears choose Trust.
From the bottom of the screen swipe up to bring out the Control Center and place your iPad on Airplane mode.
Swipe the slider to power off your iPad by holding down the power button. To restart your device after a few seconds press the Power button.
After ensuring you are on Airplane mode, on your SpringBoard launch the new Electra app.
Begin the jailbreak process.
Now your iPad will reboot, then reopen the Electra app and retap the Jailbreak.
