iOS 12.1 does bring some new things. First of all, we receive GroupFaceTime, as well as more than 70 new emoji. IPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR receive support for Dual SIM with eSIM. As always, the iOS update also brings some improvements and bug fixes. If you own an iOS 11 compatible device, this means that you can also get the iOS 12.1 update. Starting from the iPhone 5S, iPad mini 2 and 6th generation iPod touch, all devices are able to get the update. You should be prompted to get the upgrade automatically, but you can also do it on your own by going to Settings > General > Software Update. The update is up to 500 MB.
