Apex Legends was released less than two weeks ago, but it appears that it already has a solid fanbase. More than that, developers appear willing to continue to improve the game, which is very important. Thanks to data miners we have some important news about a possible new mode that should be added to the game.
Battle royale games have been incredibly popular lately, and this might be one of the reasons why the latest game released by Respawn Entertainment is so successful. The game was released on February 4, but you probably heard about it already.
New leaks – Survival Mode
If we believe the latest leak released, it appears that Respawn is planning to enhance the game a lot, transforming it into more than just a battle royale game. As it turns out, Apex Legends might receive at one point a brand new Survival Mode.
The information was posted by @RealApexLeaks, and the account also posted the in-game files that prove that a new Survival Mode should be added. And that is not all, the new mode will also have commentators and spectators, which should make things even more interesting.
The spectators won’t be just watching, and they have a list of actions available, such as cheer, drone, shock, roar and chant. Other actions should also be available for spectators and we might even see something similar to the emotes from Fortnite.
Commentators will also be an important part of the Survival Mode. They will discuss the actions as they happen. This is not the first time we see something like this in a video game, but we have to admit that it will be interesting to discover how this feature will be introduced to Apex Legends.
