Showbox 5.28 APK – Improved UI Responsiveness and Boot Up Speed

If you love binge watching movies and TV shows in your free time, then Showbox might be just the perfect app for you. Showbox is an all-round great video streaming platform for Android powered smartphones and the best thing about it is that Showbox is free to use. Everyone can give Showbox a try and watch all their favorite movies and TV shows without having to pay a single dime.

While the plethora of features that Showbox has to offer might be impressive, this is not the reason why the app is making headlines today. The reason why we are talking about Showbox is because the developers who are in charge of the app have just released a new APK update. The update sports the 5.28 version number and today we are going to present everything there is to know about it.

Showbox 5.28 APK Update

First things first, this is an APK update. This update format stands for “Android Package Kit” and therefore, the new Showbox update can only be installed on Android powered smartphones. Not only that, but Showbox users are required to head over to their smartphone’s Settings panel and then enable the “Unknown Sources” option since the new update needs to be downloaded from the app’s official website and not via the Google Play Store.

Patch Notes:

  • User Interface Improvements

Even though Showbox is already a premium level app, the developers of the app are always figuring out new ways to improve the user experience that Showbox offers. Therefore, the new update optimizes the UI (user interface) to run faster and to be more responsive.

  • Faster Boot Up Speed

The software optimization tweaks that the new Showbox 5.28 APK introduces also help the app improve the app’s boot up time. This means that Showbox will start faster than usual and users will get faster access to their favorite video content.
