Jailbreak iOS 11.3.1 Electra Update – What We Know So Far?

It seems that a new iOS 11.3.1 Electra jailbreak update is on its way and the jailbreak community is once again alive. Thanks to great work from security researchers and engineers, soon you should be able to enjoy an Electra update on your phones.

Over the years we’ve learned that jailbreaking a certain version of iOS requires a unified effort, so those days when only one or few people worked together to create a tool that can go through the full jailbreaking stages are long gone. Even though we don’t have the same teams in the jailbreak community as in the past, we certainly still have numerous talented individuals that show their dedication throughout the time.

This Electra jailbreak from Coolstar is the only real iOS 11.0-11.1.2 jailbreak toolkit, along with Cydia, that we had for quite some time. It is also known that this is the accepted method of jailbreaking an iOS11 device, which resulted in hundreds of thousands of downloads to devices running iOS 11.0 through iOS 11.1.2 all across the globe.

Thanks to a post from Ian Beer, we know now that an iOS 11.3.1 tfp0 will be released very soon, most likely before next week. Beer has recommended that we keep a “research-only device” running iOS 11.3.1 around when this new release will take place. This is due to the fact that Apple will most likely bring the iOS 11.3.1 version to an end as early as next week. It has been already confirmed that iOS 11.4 will close Ian’s upcoming Exploit.

It is obvious that it’s in Apple’s favor to close the signing of iOS 11.3.1 as fast as possible, in order to stop device owners from downgrading, now that the iOS 11.3.1 jailbreak is going to be released.

Also, according to CoolStar and nullpixel, there is hope for the community when it comes to Electra, which might be updated soon so that it will support 11.3.1. So, if you are a jailbreak fan and the new iOS 11.3.1 interests you, you should get onto the firmware while you still have the option to do so.

iOS 11.3.1 is still signed by Apple to install on iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, although iOS 11.4 was released a few days ago, so you can quickly downgrade. Electra is the only jailbreak solution for iOS 11 at the moment and is compatible with iOS 11.1.2, but this will change in the near future. The iOS 11.3.1 jailbreak solution will most likely be compatible with iOS 11.1.2, so if you still have it, you should be able to enjoy the software. As usual, we do not know when the iOS 11.3.1 jailbreak solution will be released, but since it was announced by the developer, it is as clear that it will come soon.

iOS 11.3.1 jailbreak will not have official support for Cydia, and this is because the application has not been updated yet for iOS 11, and is unlikely to be. An unofficial version of Cydia has been created for iOS 11 and will be included in the iOS 11.3.1 jailbreak solution that we will be available soon, so just have to be patient.

Cardano (ADA) – Many Updates Have Been Implemented Within Its Main Net And Test Net

Lately, Cardano (ADA) has been onto many developments including the launch of the test network, future plans, wallet updates, international tours, conferencing and so much more. The Cardano team has performed continuous updates, among which the Daedalus Wallet, KEVM test network, smart contracts, programming languages and Virtual Machines are included.

Daedalus Wallet

Cardano (ADA) team has worked primarily on the wallet management, the greatest of them being React 16, that demands many modifications in Daedalus’ code base. They unveiled recently the introduction of paper wallets and Cardano 1.2.0 that is a more reliable and secure way to keep ADAs.

Server-side security testing

Cardano (ADA) team kept on working on the introduction of server-side transport layer security testing whilst the Cardano s1 project has fused. The Daedalus installers are yet to be installed, as the staff is continuing to work on it.

The other features of Daedalus Wallet has been either improved or updated. Additionally, the team works on the transition of the older data to the new layer.

KEVM test network

Cardano devs also The team made a successful rollout of the KEVM test network as they prepared thoroughly for the event over the past week. Their work on the IELE network is continuing, as they have been testing a new way to execute standalone versions of Daedalus on the same PC, be it Windows, macOS or Linux.

If necessary, both the main net and the test net could be run concurrently on the same computer with no breakdowns.

Even more, another contender for Cardano 1.2 and Daedalus 0.10 was unveiled by the DevOps and further intends to offer this as an update to the primary blockchain on Monday.

Smart Contracts

The fundamental and most important stage of the inquiry needed to reach the goal set by the Cardano (ADA) team lies almost at the far-end of the work.

Programming Languages and Virtual Machines

The Virtual Machines are structured using both official language and the K framework. Some insights have been cast into the impromptu Haskell-based smart contract programming language, which is mainly centered on tackling the present inadequacies of smart contract scripting.

The core language development and the associated library, as well as the kernel specs, are underway, and these represent an essential part of the development process.

Clash Royale Balance Update Download Available with Mega Knight and Spear Goblins

New changes coming on 4th of June

The Clash Royale team has recently made an announcement about the game’s latest balance change that will go live on June 4. In a post that was published on Friday, Supercell revealed which of the troops will get nerfs and which will get buffs. On the post published on Reddit yesterday, they explained that the way they approach the card balance is based on the community feedback, stats and playtesting. And it looks like we can also expect monthly balance updates!

Let’s take a look below at every card that will be affected by these balance changes. We’ll talk about Mega Knight, Spear Goblins, Wizard and much more!

  • Spear Goblins – Nerf and Buff

Attacks will occur every 1.7 seconds because the Hit Speed will be slower: 1.2 seconds. There’s going to be a damage increase of 34% added to the troops and the first attack will be slower than before.

  • Royal Ghost – Nerf

The invisibility delay of this troop will be increased from 1.6 seconds to 1.2 seconds. Also, from now on towers will get one extra shot on him before he disappears.

  • Barbarians – Buff

The Hit Speed of these troops will get a small increase from 1.5 seconds to 1.4 seconds.

  • Mega Knight – Nerf and Buff

The Area Damage will see a reduction of 7.5% and the troop will get a Jump/Spawn Damage increase by 23%, so he will be able to land with great force once again. This guy is also going to use a new brand of mustache wax!

This new update brings an increase of 2% to the Area Damage, while the Area Damage radius will get an increase of 25%.

Saints Row 2 Available to Play for Xbox One

Good news for the users of Xbox One: Saints Row 2 became available via Backwards Compatibility! Larry Hryb, the Director of Programming for Xbox Live, made this announcement at the beginning of May on Twitter. It is a big relief for fans of GTA 5, since unfortunately, their favorite game is still not available on the popular console developed by Microsoft.

The problems for the fans of GTA 5 started when the game developer, Rockstar, decided to release the new game not for Xbox One, but for its predecessor Xbox 360. This move was viewed as a purely business-driven decision, which was supposed to maximize the profit of the company. This was not received well by the gaming community. Many Xbox 360 users who purchased GTA 5 admitted that they bought it again after upgrading to Xbox One. Those who still have the version for Xbox 360 will have to wait for GTA 5 to appear in the Xbox Backwards Compatibility program, but it looks like this is not going to happen in the near future.

However, there is some good news for the disappointed fans of GTA 5, since a similar game, Saints Row 2, joined the Backwards Compatibility program, therefore becoming available for Xbox One. This video game is being described as having many similarities to GTA, but at the same time it lacks a realistic design and it is probably not as good as the former when it comes to the setup. According to various reviews of Saints Row 2, the game developed by THQ has a comedic tone, sometimes even ridiculous, and definitely funnier than Grand Theft Auto. Evidently, it’s a great choice for those who enjoy both action and laugh, and now you can enjoy it on your Xbox One.
