iPhone X2 Comes with Apple Pencil and New Features

According to some sources, the iPhone X2 and the other models to be released this year may finally offer Apple Pencil support.

The pencil would facilitate navigation between the home screens of the upcoming models, with iPhone 9 also rumored to be compatible with the device. Many users would enjoy the stylus and it seems that Apple plans to give them what they ask for. It may also be a plan to boost sells after the 2017 line-up seems to have failed the sale targets.

As of now, the pencil only works on higher tier iPad models, where it is mostly used by artists and writers as a convenient tool for editing and writing.  It is sensible to pressure and tilt, allowing artists to create impressive details while they are working in specialized apps.

While it was well received on launch it is not without flaws (is anything in the world perfect?). Many users have reported that it will stop working properly if you accidentally drop it on the floor.  Others complain that since you cannot replace the tip, as spare tips are not sold by Apple or Apple partners, once you use long enough or damage it in some way, you can only buy another pencil.

And this may be the biggest cath. The Apple Pencil is marketed as a premium accessory and the chances that it will be bundled with future iPhones are slim to none. And with a price that in many countries is bigger than $100, the chances that it will become popular enough are a bit low.

It remains to be seen if the integration will become real as this is not the first time such a rumor surfaces on the web. It may be a contender for the Note 9 and its S-Pen but it remains to b seen if it can make a dent.

Apple will reveal the next iPhones on September 12.

Exploding iPad Led To The Evacuation Of An Apple Store In Amsterdam

An exploding iPad led to the evacuation of an Apple store, more specifically, one of the most impressive retail locations in Apple’s portfolio. The event took place in an Apple Store in Amsterdam where an iPad battery exploded and released toxic substances into the store. The employes requested firefighters to intervene and medical help as some of the people inside the store needed medical care.

Apple employees were very operative during the event, immediately succeeding in securing the exploded device in a sandbox. However, all customers have been evacuated, and the downtown shop in the Dutch capital has been closed for a while.

The iPad exploded due to a perforated battery

It is not known whether the tablet was in service for the perforated and faulty battery or the accumulator was in such condition due to the intervention of an Apple service employee who disassembled the gadget to fix it.

However, according to online reports about the event, Apple employees quickly acted to mitigate the situation, but it was still necessary for the firefighters to intervene. It is important to note that the explosion did not result in a fire and no casualties have been recorded.

This exploding iPad is not the first event involving explosions of Apple devices

Unfortunately, three Apple employees needed medical care because they were having difficulty breathing correctly. But, luckily, assisted by the firefighters the employees managed to ventilate the location correctly, to eliminate the dangerous vapors resulted from the exploding iPad.

That is not the first such event to take place in an Apple Store, and it is not the first one of this year. Two more explosions, both caused by iPhone batteries, led to the evacuation of two Apple Stores, one in Switzerland and another one in Spain. Fortunately, those cases also ended up without casualties.

Huawei Mate 20 Images Leaked By XDA Developers Based On Official Firmware Files

The renderings published a few minutes ago by XDA Developers, which show what the Huawei Mate 20 could be like, revealed that the next high-end phablet of the Chinese company would come to market with a totally revamped look, from the notch to the camera. These are not randomly generated images or based on some of the many rumors about the smartphone that have appeared on the Internet in recent days, but the XDA Developers, based on the firmware files of the Huawei Mate 20, obtained a few weeks ago, have been able to shape, both internally and externally, the upcoming smartphone.

According to the data obtained, this would be the design of the Huawei Mate 20, slightly inspired by the Essential Phone but with a surprise on the back.

Huawei Mate 20 – Technical Specs

But it’s not only the design of the smartphone that XDA Developers revealed today. Accordingly, the Huawei Mate 20 would come out with a 6.3-inch AMOLED display with FullHD resolution.

Under the hood, the upcoming flagship smartphone from Huawei would boast a HiSilicon Kirin 980 CPU, 6 GB RAM, 128 GB, and Android 9 Pie to motorize the device.

Also, the phone will have a triple camera system on the back and USB-C connectivity.

Huawei Mate 20 to come with a breathtaking design

The images have been developed without taking into account the dimensions of the telephone, as this information has not yet been disclosed. On its backside, however, the upcoming Huawei mate 20 would house a triple camera and probably a fingerprint sensor. However, it is quite likely that, eventually, Huawei will decide to place the fingerprint sensor under the screen.

As regarding the triple camera setup, we are surprised by the squared arrangement the Huawei mate 20 boasts, which has never been seen before on any other smartphone, showing that Huawei still wants to innovate. Also, the rear part of the smartphone would be made of glass, allowing the smartphone to be charged wirelessly.

The Huawei Mate 20, which would arrive along with its Huawei Mate 20 Pro and Huawei Mate 20 Lite versions, it is expected to be announced during the upcoming weeks.

Latest Samsung Galaxy S10 Rumors Talk About 5G Support, Ultrasonic Fingerprint Reader, Triple Camera

The recently-released Samsung Galaxy Note 9 came out with only a few technological advancements, but the future Samsung Galaxy S10 would be revolutionary and might roll out with a whole bunch of new features. However, many rumors on what it will bring came out over the time, but the latest Samsung Galaxy S10 rumors indicate that the upcoming flagship smartphone would have 5G support, ultrasonic fingerprint reader, and triple camera.

Will Samsung Galaxy S10 roll out with 5G support?

According to a ValueWalk report, Samsung plans on releasing its first 5G smartphones in 2019 to get the momentum of the 5G buzz expected next year. However, S10 might not be the first smartphone released by Samsung with 5G support.

As stated by DJ Koh, Samsung’s mobile business head, Samsung Galaxy S10 would not be the first 5G smartphone of the Korean company, but he did not mention which would be the first one.

Samsung patented an ultrasonic fingerprint reader

During a conference held in China, the same DJ Koh mentioned that the next year’s Samsung flagship smartphone, Galaxy S10, would replace the current optical fingerprint sensors with the newly patented ultrasonic fingerprint sensor technology.

According to the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), the Samsung’s ultrasonic fingerprint reader would contain an ultrasonic transmission/reception module that can activate an area of the display to “read” the fingerprint. Also, the new technology would employ different scan frequencies to register the data.

Additionally, another rumor in this regard said that only the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus would come out with this new system.

One Samsung Galaxy S10 rumor suggests a triple camera setup

Allegedly, some inside sources stated that the Samsung Galaxy S10 triple camera setup would be made of a 13 MP sensor, a 12 MP wide-angle lens, and a 16 MP super-wide angle lens.

While Samsung would implement a triple camera setup on Galaxy S10 for the first time, the Korean company also plans to install such a system on the late-2019 Galaxy A models.

BitTorrent Founder, Bram Cohen, Left The Company Leaving It In The Hands Of Tron Foundation

Last month, in July, we received the news that Tron Foundation headed by Justin Sun, one of the largest startups in the cryptocurrency world today, had bought BitTorrent and all the tools that are part of the company, such as uTorrent and others. And now, Bram Cohen, the inventor of BitTorrent and co-founder of the company, has abandoned the ship, preferring to focus on working on his own cryptocurrency.

Bram Cohen has always been more interested in the technical side of everything than in business, and it seems that he had long ago given up on BitTorrent, a company that he could never really capitalize on despite his various attempts at monetization, other than advertising.

The founder of BitTorrent is now busy trying to make a cryptocurrency that’s not an energy disaster

Currently, he is investing all his time and efforts in ChiaNetwork, in particular, aiming to create a blockchain technology that is demanding less energy consumption than the current ones, as Bram has criticized a lot the fact that crypto mining for coins such as Bitcoin (BTC) is an energy and environmental disaster.

Now, with Chia, Bram Cohen basically wants to create a “green cryptocurrency.”

“I have no relationship with Tron,” said Bram Cohen when asked about his involvement in the new Tron’s project regarding BitTorrent.

BitTorrent ends up a cycle of its life and emerges into a new one along with Tron (TRX)

After the acquisition of BitTorrent by Tron Foundation, Justin Sun, founder of the startup and Tron (TRX), didn’t take long to comment on his future plans, which include not only “improving” the BitTorrent technology by integrating it with Tron’s, but also the future plans of encouraging seeders to pay with cryptocurrency, more specifically with Tron (TRX).

With Bram Cohen entirely out of the project, BitTorrent will undoubtedly end up a cycle of its life and emerges in a new one ruled by Tron. Only time will tell if it will succeed in the new direction it is going on, but ultimately, it will never be what it was for the Internet industry.
