Spotify Premium Subscribers Will Receive Hulu With Ads Access

Spotify Premium subscribers who live in the US will be happy to learn that the service has just become even better. The Premium membership costs $9.99, and it will include all the Hulu TV shows and movies that are available through the most affordable service tier, which would cost $5.99 if bought separately.

In recent years, the number of people who prefer streaming services has continued to grow. Many people argue that the new streaming services are more affordable and convenient in comparison to traditional television services. A recent report notes that the number of US homes which aren’t using a cable or satellite service has increased by 48% in past years, reaching an approximate number of 16 million households. The new partnership between Spotify and Hulu will encourage more people to cancel their cable service while also helping the two companies to gain an edge over direct competitors like Apple Music and Netflix.

Spotify Premium subscribers to receive free Hulu access

Spotify Premium subscribers are now able to activate the Hulu bundle. If you already have a separate Hulu account, you can link the two services by going on the Spotify website and clicking on the Your Services section. Keep in mind that those that paid for Premium before but don’t have an active subscription will not be to access the new feature. Those that will create a new Spotify or didn’t try Premium before will be able to access both services during the free trial.

If you activate the bundle before June 10, you will gain unlimited access forever. If the price changes in the future Spotify will send a notification via email, and users will be able to remove the bundle by visiting the Spotify Account page at any time. As with all deals that sound too good to be true, there are a few details written in small print. The offer is available while supplies last and it may end before the announced date. Only Spotify Premium subscribers would benefit from this promotion, so those that use a Spotify family account won’t access the Hulu bundle.

Red Dead Redemption 2 Multiplayer Mode Received An Update

Fans of the Red Dead Redemption 2 multiplayer mode, also known as Red Dead Online, will be happy to learn that new rewards are offered for those that wish to make some small adjustments to their Rockstar account. According to a new report published by a reliable source, the active number of player has dropped a bit since January. The report also notes that digital game revenue has been decreasing among several platforms during the first month of the year.

Rockstar has decided to make a few changes which aim to bring some players back into the game while also keeping current active players a bit more motivated. The well-known studio released a fresh update this week, noting that it will improve the overall performance of the game.

The Red Dead Redemption 2 multiplayer mode, or Red Dead Online, is currently in beta, and it looks like it will remain in the same stage for the foreseeable future. Rockstar has previously declared that the beta feedback plays an essential role in the development of the multiplayer mode and many improvements will be added before an official launch date will arrive. The studio plans to keep the multiplayer mode alive by adding new features and items regularly, improving the experience for new and old players alike.

Red Dead Redemption 2 multiplayer mode update add new items to the game

Many players suspected that Rockstar would opt to add new items at a slower pace and it seems that they might be right. A new rifle called The Evans Repeater was introduced in the latest Red Dead Redemption 2 multiplayer mode update, accompanied by the Fool’s Gold, Free Roam event.

These are good news, but it is likely that the players will be more interested in a new care package which was teased by Rockstar. The care package will be available at a post office or in the personal lockbox, and it contains a variety of helpful items which will help players to progress through specific missions or challenges.

Those that wish to enable a 2-step authentication option for their Rockstar account will be able to redeem ten gold bars for free in Red Dead Redemption 2 multiplayer mode. The promotion is available during the upcoming weekend, and more information can be found about it here.

iPad 7 Would Keep The 3.5mm Headphone Jack

Apple fans are already looking forward to releasing the upcoming iPad 7. The Cupertino-based tech giant is currently working on several devices, but these gadgets have remained shrouded in mystery.

A reputable blog argues that the next generation of iPad will use the same body like the iPad 6, which means that those who were expecting a radical design change will be quite disappointed since any visual differences between the two devices should be minimal.

Select sources claim that Apple may opt to increase the size of the display by removing the bezels and switching to an edge-to-edge panel. According to one source, the screen of the next iPad could reach up to 10 inches. This information is contested by another source which believes that the standard 9.7 inches size will be retained. At this point, it is unclear which of the sources is right.

iPad 7 Would Keep The 3.5mm Headphone Jack

The 2018 iPad Pro dropped the headphone jack. Many believed that this would mark the start of a trend with Apple aiming to remove the port from the entire iPad range. It seems that the next iPad will retain the 3.5-mm headphone jack, which is excellent news if you own a wired headset.

When it comes to performance, it is likely that Apple will bump the specs a bit to make the new device most attractive. The powerful A11 Bionic chip packs a decent punch, and it would be an excellent addition for the iPad, even more so if it coupled with a generous amount of RAM. A more substantial amount of RAM is also significant for those that use the multitask feature extensively since it would allow them to switch between several apps seamlessly.

It is also thought that Apple will retain the favorite Touch ID feature. Data mining has revealed that the iOS 12.2 beta contains references for three upcoming devices. One of them is a revamped iPod Touch and two tablets. It is clear that one of them is the iPad 7, and the other is rumored to be a new iPad mini.

Pagan Online Is More Than We Expected, More Than Diablo 3

When Uros Banjesevic, the creative director from Mad Head Games, tells us that Pagan Online is not the same thing as Diablo 3 and its ilk because of three things, it was not that easy to believe him.

The yardstick of Blizzard is used to measure every action RPG, and the success of the Diablo series is what developers want to emulate at the same time as they try to be something else. This balancing act is not natural and even Path of Exile which has become one of the most successful games on PC, took a while to forge its own identity, a few years, to be more precise.

However, our skepticism has been eased after a few hours spent squashing spiders, demons, and warlock in Pagan Online. Any soling action RPG should be able to provide this to the players, plenty of loot and cool combos in crunchy combat. What was different than expected was the structure of it.

Pagan Online is not like Diablo 3, and it’s a cool game to try

Its campaign is lengthy as it has eight acts. However, on the self-contained maps, it is split into bite-sized quests which can be finished in about ten minutes. After dropping into each map, you will be fighting through groups of enemies and listen to some dialogue, and the game does not end before you battle a boss.

What is great is that you can make progress in the story even though you do not have too much time to spare because you can jump into Pagan Online.

Another interesting fact is the way your characters move in this action RPG because you can use WASD instead of mouse clicks. The keyboard movement is more flexible for a lot of people, so this was a great addition to the game which will surely be appreciated.

Anthem Still Presents Many Issues – Will BioWare Ever Fix This Game?

The reason why we are having this conversation today is that the Anthem patch from BioWare did not arrive at the announced time. This patch is quite stable because it is full of bug fixes, it includes some decently steep power upgrades for Javelins and other stability and performance improvements.

However, that is not the single thing that happened. For a few hours, there was a rain of Masterwork and Legendary loot in Anthem due to some sort of server-side changes that once again occurred before the patch went fully live. Even though players thought that was happening because of the update, that was not it. It is not the first time this has ever taken place as there was another period of “accidental” boosted drop rates before an update.

Anthem issues continue, although a new patch was designed to fix the game

The history repeated itself. Aside from not arriving on time, the patch has also those high drop rates. Players began getting 1-2 Masterworks and Legendaries barely feeling like they exist at all compared to the past when they were getting 5-8 Masterworks and maybe a Legendary or two in a Stronghold run. After the patch, no more green and white loot are dropping and yet it looks like it has been replaced with what people are not looking for, blues and purples.

It was predicted that the community would suffer from a meltdown as this is happening for the second time. There were endless threads of “BioWare, why?” on Reddit. However, Chad Robertson from BioWare said something about the situation.

“We appreciate all the feedback from the community on the game. We love the passion and share it. We’re not yet fully happy with the game’s loot behavior either. One of the downsides of moving so fast to improve is that we’re making changes to complex loot systems in several areas and it’s then harder to know how it’s performing,” Robertson said.
