GTA Online will Soon Receive Cool Updates and This is Great News for Fans

These last few weeks have been very intense for Rockstar. Even if they seem to be pushing the Red Dead 2 Online Multiplayer Beta back, developers have some good news for GTA fans. It looks like the Online version of Grand Theft Auto 5 will soon receive some DLC updates.

Red Dead Redemption 2 was the main headline since it appeared. It looks like the game was sold in 17 million copies throughout the world. This number overpasses Red Dead Redemption 1, but doesn’t come close to GTA 5’s performance. The 5th version of Grand Theft Auto was sold in over 100 million copies since it was released. Even so, the community couldn’t find out more information about the GTA 5 Online release.

Developers confirm that they are ready to support new updates for GTA Online

Even if they have their hands full with the release of Red Dead Redemption 2 and the Online version of the same game, developers still found the time to prepare new DLC updates for GTA Online. According to Rockstar’s representatives, they wanted to do this because they realized how much money is made from micro-transactions within GTA Online.

Another explanation could be that developers are counting on the game’s success for covering the Red Dead 2 Online’s push back. Strauss Zelnick, President and CEO at Take-Two Interactive, said that it’s too early to launch the online version of Red Dead Redemption2.

However, fans should expect to see the beta version of this game soon. Until we get to play GTA 5 Online with DLC updates and the Online mode of Red Dead Redemption 2, we can enjoy the other games from the franchises. We don’t know if they will focus on the multiplayer mode or provide other intense experiences, but let’s wait and see!

Resident Evil 2 Remake Gets Two New Gameplay Videos

GameSpot has released two new Resident Evil 2 Remake gameplay videos in which we can see new locations and also a terrible enemy – the Tyrant T-00 – which is an old acquaintance for all fans of the mythical Capcom franchise that will make things difficult again in this new installment.

The approach followed by the Japanese company with the Tyrant T-00 has been the same as in the classic of the late nineties, which means that it will chase us all over the Raccoon City police station, appearing at the most unexpected moments, and also more inappropriate.

GameSpot Revealed Two New Resident Evil 2 Remake Gameplay Videos

As we can see in the videos, Resident Evil 2 Remake looks better and better. The graphics quality that Capcom has achieved is outstanding, and the best thing is that the devs haven’t had to make any sacrifices either regarding animations or in the level of detail of characters and scenes. On the other hand, there are a lot of scenes where NVIDIA Ray Tracing technology can make a difference.

In the second gameplay video, the main character is Ada Wong, who returns to the scene in her characteristic red dress, although she does not detract from the grotesque combat that Leon is waging in the sewers. Resident Evil 2 Remake has all the ballots to become the best remake ever made, and also the best game of the next year.

There are also tons of new areas to discover and many secrets to reveal. This Fortnite update also allows you to get a new type of object with the Battle Pass. Accordingly, a new feature that allows you to customize your weapons and vehicles with many new skins to match your favorite outfits reaches the game in the new Season 7.

Skyworld PSVR Version will be Available in Early 2019

Skyword is a popular VR game that offers an interesting blend of turn-based and real-time battles set in an original and creative miniature world.

Players are able to take control of an army and fight their way in a rich story-mode that will offer challenging maps and force them to take the wisest decisions possible.

After the player opts to start a mission he is transported on a map modeled after a tabletop game, with several themes being available. He or she can dynamically interact with the objects that are on the board.

At his castle, the player will be prompted to hire a general. Older fans of fantasy RTS games will immediately realize that the general is a throwback to the sturdy hero units that offer support in other games. The general will explore the map at first, tracking down important points of interest that can be used later in the game.

While the general explores the map the player will have to decide which buildings need to be constructed and where to place them. Some regions are better for certain types of building and the player should pay attention to their resources as buildings and upgrades will become more expensive over time.

Combat is simple yet exciting. The player has a pool of eight cards that can be selected, and four of them will be randomly available during the battle. The cards can be used to summon units or play powerful spells that can change the odds of the battle.

A multiplayer mode features 1 on 1 battles that can be quite engaging as you never know what the other player will do next. The game has been quite successful on Steam where overall reviews are very positive.

Skyworld has been available for Oculus Rift and HTC Vive since 2017 and some users hope that the PlayStation version will feature cross-platform multiplayer.
