This TH11 Farming base is powerful as well. It has a complex wall structure, rock-solid core, and its structure offers bonuses to the base’s overall defense. Enemies will be fooled to attack this base as it looks vulnerable because of the clear outer layer, but it is just its appearance. This base gives no troops the opportunity to survive.

Even though your enemy uses the best strategy, no strategy is best enough to conquer this base.

This TH8 war base is not worse than the previous. This one is an Anti 3 star war base which is also undefeatable. It combines the Anto Hog, Anti Dragon and Anti GoWipe strategies leaving enemies only with the possibility to try and conquer you. They will not be able to.

Microsoft Pro 2018 is in the pipeline and here is what you should know

Members of the press were invited by Microsoft Corp. To attend an event which will take place on the 2nd of October and new Surface products with new cloud services might be released during the meeting.

The Surface Pro and how it will be updated

As many of us expect, Microsoft might reveal a version of the Surface Pro which will be more updated. Last year in May the last model got released even though a report was sure that the sixth generation of Surface Pro would not reach light until the middle of next year.

Forbes’ Ewan Spence believes that the new Surface Pro will be equipped with the latest chipset, have improved 4G and wireless technology, fast memory, but will be an “iterative update with very few bells and whistles to jazz up the release.”

Maybe if Microsoft wants to see us happy it will also offer an updated Surface Laptop during the event which went on sale a month later after being released in May 2017.

However, no radical changes should be expected as Surface Laptop is quite a new product in the lineup of Microsoft/ According to a report, Surface Laptop might be improved with an Intel 8th-generation processor and get new USB-C ports. The Surface Laptop’s previous version was equipped with a Mini DisplayPort, a UDB 3.0 port and Microsoft’s proprietary Surface Connect power and docking port.

October 2 will be the day of releases as new Surface-branded headphones are expected to be shown. They are considered the company’s “Modern Life Services.” Other releases include new cloud services and maybe a new version of Windows 10.

Updated versions of Surface Book and Surface Studio might happen too, but we are not so sure.

Sberbank and The Bank of Russia Ensured Successful Conclusion of an Experimental ICO

The experimental regulatory platform set up by the Central Bank of Russia has completed an Initial Currency Offer (ICO) sponsored by Sberbank, according to some inside sources. Ivan Semagin, director of Financial Market Development at the Central Bank of Russia, revealed to the news agency TASS that, despite having met the goals of the ICO in the technical sense, there were some obstacles from the legal point of view, which he did not detail.

The experimental ICO was announced in April of this year and carried out together with Sberbank, Russia’s leading retail bank, and Russia’s National Liquidation Depositary. The initiative aims to encourage the country’s financial players to experiment with such a business model.

The issuing company of the ICO in question was Level One, a commercial promotion website, while the principal investor was the corporate arm of Sberbank, Sberbank CIB, and the NSD was the custodian of the operation.

Sberbank is very interested in crypto coins and announced in January of this year that it plans to open a cryptocurrency exchange for institutional investors through its subsidiary in Switzerland.

The announcement of the successful conclusion of the ICO was made during the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF), held in Vladivostok, which is an event held annually to strengthen alliances between Eastern Russia and the Asia-Pacific region. Alexey Chekinkov, CEO of the Development Fund for the Far East and Baikal Region, stated that ICO can bring monetary prosperity as a business model but, on the other hand, he deemed Bitcoin (BTC) or cryptocurrency, in general, is “a harmful scheme that wastes a lot of electricity in vain.”

Canadian City Affected By Ransomware Attack To Pay The Hackers To Regain Access To Computer Systems

The Canadian city of Midland, in Ontario, has suffered a ransomware attack on its computer systems earlier this month, which has left all the city’s documents encrypted. Now, the city’s officials decided to pay the ransom in Bitcoin (BTC).

According to a press release published by the Midland People’s Council, the authorities, together with a group of cybersecurity experts, are carrying out the payment in Bitcoin (BTC) to the group of cybercriminals to get back the control over the town’s computer systems.

The press release doesn’t specify how much Bitcoin (BTC) the authorities of Midland will pay. However, the officials affirm that the city has an insurance policy that is created explicitly for this kind of situations.

“Under the guidance of cybersecurity experts, we have begun the process of paying the ransom in exchange for the decryption keys. Although not ideal, it is in our best interest to get the system back online as quickly as possible. The people had previously secured an insurance policy to cover such circumstances. Deciphering efforts are underway,” state the Midland Town Council.

Also, one of the most potent ransomware of 2017, WannaCry, generated multimillion-dollar losses across Europe.
