iPhone 11 Release Date in 2019 – New Rumors and Leaks

As you might already know, Apple had released its 2018 trio of iPhones a few days ago, but we are already talking about the 2019 iPhones.

Apple iPhone XI – What we want to see

The new iPhone is one year away from us in case we will not get a new iPhone SE during this year. However, we still have some features that would want Apple to introduce to its next iPhones.

A rumor was talking about the fact that Apple might copy Samsung a little bit and release the iPhone Xs Max with support for a stylus. Unfortunately, that rumor was not accurate, and it left us hoping for that to happen next year.

The Samsung Galaxy Note series demonstrated how useful a stylus can be and that many Apple fans would make good use of it. Maybe the Apple Pencil will be improved in such a way that it will not be too bulky to be introduced in the iPhone. We bet the engineers from Apple will not find it difficult to achieve this.

USB Type-C charging

Other rumors that got us hyped for nothing as it was not accurate suggested that Apple will move to UDB Type-C and dump the Lightning cable after being used for five generations. As the MacBook uses this connector to charge, it means that iPhones can be developed in such a way that they can feature such a charging method as well.

We want the headphones jack back!

Maybe you are part of these group of people who want their headphones jack back…maybe not. Actually, who are we kidding? You must want it back! As Samsung could find room for a tiny 3.5 mm port, how could not you, Apple?

iPhone 11 Release Date Leaks – New Similarities of iPhone X

The iPhone 11 is rapidly approaching. Ever since it was announced, people started to ask if it will bring revolutionary features or it will follow the X’s path. Now we have some news about it, so let’s see what the future can bring.

A completely new smartphone or an improved version of iPhone X?

Almost nine months ago, iPhone X brouhgt us top – notch specifications, from Face ID recognition to fun animojis to play with. Now, the world is waiting to find out more about Apple’s newest smartphone technical specifications.

So far, we are not sure if the iPhone which is waiting to be released in 2018 will be called iPhone 11. There’s a big chance to receive this name if it will be an updated version of the X launched last year.

Ming Chu Kuo, a trusted  Apple analyst, says that iPhone 11 will probably keep most of its predecessor’s design. This means that we could be looking at a 5.8 inches phone with the frame built around an OLED screen with camera on the front.

In terms of colours, iPhone 11 could receive a range of different handset colours, like purple and green.

Other features

Some reports suggest that iPhone 11 could keep the facial recognition technology, but will drop the Touch ID.

Other rumours suggest that the camera will be improved by introducing a triple-lens rear system similar to Huawei P20 Pro.

Improvements will be noticed in regards with the battery as well.  It looks like it will have a 3,300-3,400 mAh capacity and wireless charging.

When is the expected release date

Until now, we haven’t found out the exact release date for the iPhone 11, but it looks like it’s going to be September 2018. If you are planning to buy it as soon as it’s released, you have to prepare at least $900, just like in iPhone X’s case.

iPhone 11 and Samsung’s Competition to Reach New Levels in 2018

With the next iPhone phone to be released this year, people are already trying to gather as much information as they can about this phone. From what The Wall Street Journal has found, it looks like iPhone 11 is going to come with a Samsung screen. However, this is only the tip of the iceberg compared to all the rumors that we have heard and all the information that we have gathered.

The latest leaks

From what we have heard, back in 2017 Apple decided to invest almost 3 billion dollars into an LG display screen just so that it can stop relying so much on its biggest competitor on the market, Samsung, However, things do not seem to be working as well as they thought. The main issue is not yet known but from what has been seen, LG’s production of OLED screens has reached a turning point and it looks like they will not be able to meet the demand for the iPhone X2.

If that amount of pressure was not enough, Apple is meant to release two version of the iPhone X this year, the difference being that one has 5.8-inch display whereas the other has a 6.5-inch display screen. So since LG is probably not going to meet their quota, Apple will inevitably have to source their OLED panels from Samsung. Yes, that does sound unusual and that is unusual., big competitors almost never buy pieces from one another.

If Samsung wanted to hurt Apple’s profits, it could raise the cost for these screens which would inevitably make Apple raise the price for their phone, making Samsung’s phones the more cost-friendly option. So far we do not how this situation is going to unfold but what we do not is that whatever happens, Apple must be fast on its feet in order to maintain its position.
