On the same report, Kotaku commented on how impressive it is that the developers and animators made a huge effort to make every little detail as realistic as possible. Even the wear and tear suffered by the toys in the game managed to get a high praise. Kotaku closed their review by stating that playing the demo version of Kingdom Hearts 3 feels as if you were playing a Pixar movie.

The Gamescom 2018 has brought two game levels which acted as playable demos for Kingdom Hearts 3 which allowed attendees to try their best in the Hercules and Toy Story worlds. The game will be officially released on the 29^th of January.
