Minecraft Update Version 1.77 Comes out with the Fixed Crashing Bug for PS4

4J Studios found its perfect day (that’s today) to release a fresh-out-of-the-box update for Minecraft for the PS4. This release came as a hotfix that gets released after the incident with the last Aquatic update when it constantly crashed for the users on PS3 and PS4.

If we are to look at the official Twitter account of the company 4J Studios, we’ll see that said they were working on an update recently, that’s now available to download on PS4.

Their Twitter messages for fans

They said that they were aware of the crash that constantly happens with the last update of Aquatic for PS3 and PS4 and that they’re going to have the bug fixed as soon as possible. They also said that there’s a bug fix update that happens right now for Minecraft for PlayStation 4 and that they fixed a few crashes that came as a complaint from users.

We get now the updated version of the game, the 1.77 one, and is available on PS4 to download. We don’t have an estimated time of arrival on the fix being released for the game on PS3, but that should happen as soon as possible.

Where is it available?

Minecraft Aquatic Update was launched at the beginning of September for the Sony consoles, together with some of the legacy hardware. It’s good to keep in mind that it was already free for download on other platforms, too, like Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.

Minecraft is still the one to keep a large majority of the player count, due to its block-building gameplay part that is still kept alive in the online world. It’s available on many hardware, such as Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Wii U, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS4, PS Vita, PC, and Smartphones.

Minecraft Aquatic Update Download Available for Java Players

Released first on other platforms the Update Aquatic has been made available for the players of the classic Java version. The Windows 10 edition was the first to receive the update, splitting the PC players in half. The update adds the marine biome, which includes among other features new life forms, secret underwater temples and more.

The PS4 is the only platforms that have not received the update, with no future release date in sight.

Minecraft has confirmed the release of the Super Duper 4K Graphics Pack. According to reports, the new pack will be released next year instead of this year. Speculations regarding the pack were there since 2017 and it seems like it is finally making it’s way officially.

The 4K pack is said to be good for those who need something reliable, something steady and want to make sure that their game gets a boost as far as graphics are concerned. Many people will agree that the current graphics of the game might not be the ones that everybody looks out for. However, not anymore, because the Super Duper 4K graphics pack is targeted towards improving the graphics of the game, by in large.

If you are a minecraft PC player, there is an alternative for you, created by some private developers, Shaders Mod adds graphical improvements such as shader, reflexes, hd textures and realistic water. They can be downloaded totally free.

The pack does not touch any other domain of the game but the graphics side. However, some feel that graphics were the ones that needed the most boost so it is a win-win situation with the update for most.

Minecraft’s Aquatic Update: How Can You Help Real Life Oceans

Everybody heard of the new update coming from Minecraft, which is called Update Aquatic. You get to make expeditions to the deep waters and you’ll get some very cool objects to make the most out of.

But here’s the thing: this object also helps the real oceans – the ones from our real world.  

Mojang was the one to post about this, explaining how this new update helps the oceans. This was all a response to climate change, pollution in the water and the fishing methods, which are destructive. They’re all slowly killing our oceans and the lives inside of it.

It happened sometime earlier this month, when the developer of the game talked about a challenge for his players. If they put 10 million coral blocks under the water, the developer would donate $100,000 to the Nature Conservancy. But only if the number was met in the game. It’s good to know that just a few days later, the requirement was met and Mojang kept his promise – he made the $100,000 donation.

Can you still help, even if the event is over?

It also appeared in a video on the internet, where it’s been shown how the developer gave a hand. Even if you’re not able to do that anymore by placing the blocks under the water, you can still help as well. If you buy the Aquatic Skin pack for Minecraft, you will help, as the money goes to Nature Conservancy. Mojang stated that he wants to support this project in the future, too, by raising awareness and attracting donations to make sure people know what’s happening to our oceans.

This update made its appearance earlier this season and it gave new items to the game, such as pressure plates, trap doors, the famous coral blocks and turtle shells.
