UC Browser vs. Google Chrome – Best Design, Features and Compatibility

If we were to ask Internet users from Europe and the US which is their favorite browser, many would say that Chrome suits all their needs. However, Asian countries seem to be keener on the UC Browser, because it is their first choice when it comes to search software.

The comparison between them would highlight Chrome’s advantages over the UC Browser. The latter seems old-fashioned, but it’s rapidly catching up, as many other Asian releases seen nowadays. In order to form an opinion, let’s analyse the differences and similarities between the two browsers.

Design

In terms of design, we notice that Google Chrome is more developed than the UC Browser. This performance is due to the fact that, since it has been used for a longer time, Chrome has had more time to work on its design and other features.

Features

Speaking of features, we should mention that these browsers have equal specifications, but this doesn’t mean that they are identical. Although they balance each other, the UC Brower has a very useful page loading and media downloading system which performs every process with amazing speed.

Compatibility

Thanks to its versatility and adaptability, Google Chrome rules the compatibility area. Its main gain is given by the possibility of being used on any type of device (mobile, tablet, laptop or PC). Meanwhile, the UC Browser is only available for mobiles and this can be inconvenient for computer users.

With all things considered, Google Chrome seems to be leading the chart. However, the future might hold some surprises, because there are many possible ways to improve the UC Browser. Its incredible speed is a first step in the right direction, but, most likely, other amazing features will come as soon as it becomes popular in more parts of the world.
