First implemented in Forza Horizon 3, the famous Warthog from the Halo series makes its way in the upcoming Forza Horizon 4, as well, but with an improved experience for gamers.
Playground Games, the developing teams of Forza Horizon 4, worked with 343 Industries, the devs of Halo, to recreate a brief Halo experience inside the upcoming arcade racing style game. Basically, we’re talking about a sort of a side quest that transports the gamer on the roads of the British countryside, behind the wheel of a drivable Warthog, with Banshees following the player’s vehicle closely.
According to the guys from The Verge, the Forza Horizon 4 with the Halo Warthog experience presented today at Gamescom, the whole event being narrated by Microsoft’s Cortana. Accordingly, they witnessed Master Chief piloting the Warthog, while a Pelican ship follows the vehicle from the skies along the route.

Some rumors about this Halo experience in Forza Horizon 4 emerged on the Internet last week, backed up by an image that you can see below. However, Microsoft does not yet intend to release any more pics or a video trailer about it.
Nonetheless, Halo video games series’ fans would love this new and exciting Halo – Forza Horizon 4 crossover and, additionally, they should wait for a lot more of such intertwined experiences since Microsoft acquired Playground Games. Also, this Forza Horizon 4 Halo driving experience can also be viewed as a brief encounter with the Halo universe, that until the Halo Infinite comes out.
