Xbox One S Latest News – The Best Value Console

Xbox One S may be one of the greatest consoles but it is hard to argue if it is the one, as there are many contenders for that title, as the PlayStation 2, Dreamcast and others.

But what can be argued is the fact that the Xbox One S is the greatest value console to buy today.

Its launch may have been a bit troubled, as game support was a bit lackluster, but the situation has dramatically improved as time passed. The elite model offered an SSD and an elite controller at a premium price that made most people blush. The launch of the elite model has boosted sales of the original version, but the console became really popular once the S version was released. As a direct competitor to the PlayStation4, as it could play in games at native resolution and full 60 FPS.

The Xbox One S was smaller, faster and better in comparison to the original Xbox One.  The addition of 4K support and a 4K Blu-ray player, while also promoting the beloved HDR standard that has become a staple in our day.

Add to that an integrated infrared blaster, Bluetooth and streaming abilities and Microsoft had a winning recipe on their hands. This has certainly pulled in an audience that wouldn’t have been interested otherwise in Xbox as PlayStation hoped that exclusives would be enough to attract more fans to its side.

It was rumored that Microsoft had little to no profit from the sale of the Xbox One S but the users gained from it as the console has been constantly on sale, offering a cheap entrance ticket to newcomers. Bundles go on sale for as low as £199 and they are very tempting.

And with Black Friday quickly approaching the offer will only get better. Add to that the fact that you can pick a cheap Gold membership that gives you three games for free each month and the deal couldn’t be better.

If you have some money to spare go for it. It is worth every penny.

Playing Clash of Clans on Windows PCs or Mac Tutorial

In case you didn’t know, there are literally millions of people who play Clash of Clans on their Macs or Windows PCs. Naturally, there are a couple of things you could do to join them but at the same time, there are plenty of things you could do wrong which will affect your gaming experience in the end.

Clash of Clans is a game designed for mobile playing but choosing a Notebook, a PC or a Macbook comes with plenty of advantages. You will get to play on a bigger screen, you can manage multiple accounts easier and you get to play without being bothered by phone calls or messages – to name a few.

Clash of Clans Emulators

In order to play this game on your computer, you first need an emulator which will allow you to emulate an Android device; then you can install Clash of Clans there and that’s pretty much it. When it comes to emulators, two choices become apparent: Andyroid or Bluestacks. These past few years had people using Bluestacks but that might have been because there weren’t that many options in the past.

Bluestacks is a stable emulator but it is more designed for developers to test their apps and it can cause some problems with games. Being pretty hungry for resources it will slow down your computer, the installation process might prove to be difficult sometimes or it can crash or lag multiple times.

Andyroid is a new emulator that doesn’t seem to have these problems. All you must do is download it, install it, enter your Google Play credentials and download Clash of Clans. After the installing process is done with, you simply enter the program and log into your Google Play Account.

Then, search for Clash of Clans, install it and you can play. If you are so inclined, you can enter your existing village; go to ‘Settings’, click ‘Link a device’ and choose ‘This is the OLD DEVICE’. After you follow the instructions you are ready to play this game on your computer.

Take a look at these Clash of Clans tips and tricks:

Minecraft 2 Leaks Start to Appear

Every month, about 100 million people play Minecraft, and over 150 million copies have been sold. It’s the second most high-selling game of all times. Do you know which one is the first one? Tetris.

It has great success and it’s understandable why we assume that there’s going to be the second game. Microsoft paid $2.5 billion for “Minecraft”, so we think that the expectations are correct. However, Microsoft does not have the same opinion. They don’t think it’s any use in giving the community a sequel. The new game from Minecraft is not called Minecraft 2, but Minecraft: Dungeons, and it’s something like Diablo set in the Minecraft universe. This piece of information was revealed in the weekend while a live-streamed fan event took place, which was called Minecon Earth. The game is created by a group from Mojang, which created the game Minecraft.

The new game

The game looks like the original Minecraft. However, it does not have the signature of the game – you won’t be mining and crafting too much. They wanted the dungeon crawler part to be the best one, so they didn’t focus as much on the crafting and mining part. This part could’ve distracted the players from the true meaning of the game – the dungeon part. Can you imagine the Minecraft game without a building?

They’re trying to expand the community, and they’re doing that with Dungeons. At the same time, they want to keep the community together, so their updates are free. They don’t want their players to go from Minecraft 1 to Minecraft 2; they simply want them to enjoy it while keeping the game authentic.

Besides, what would Minecraft 2 look like? People don’t need a Minecraft 2, as they’re able to create the Minecraft 2 within the Minecraft 1.

The Witcher 4 and CDPR Further Plans

CDPR might hit the market with its new game Cyberpunk 2077 which has the potential to become quite a popular one. However, this game developer can focus on other projects at once too. With that being said, CDPR mentioned in an interview that they are now looking forward to beginning the development of the fourth Witcher game. All that was confirmed is that the company is working on this game, but we do not know for sure when it will be released.

When referring to the Witcher 4, CDPR used the word installment because this game will never be built as the sequel to the Witcher 3 Wild Hunt. What they want to do is to create a new series in order to expand the RPG universe. They chose to do that because they do not want to have what the original Witcher Trilogy established ruined. If we are taking a deeper look at the company’s choice, we can see some reasoning there.

If you want to know the exact plans, CDPR has, and how it will do to achieve them, you can see for yourself at Bioware’s Mass Effect Andromeda. The same statement has been made before even by Bioware before beginning the development of Andromeda. Even though CDPR would never admit it, this looks like they have chosen the same strategy for The Witcher 4.

However, this is great news because Witcher fans can play The Witcher 4 without needing to remember what happened through the previous ones as it will be totally new from its predecessors. They still need to pray for The Witcher 4 to be as good as the other same games because that did not happen to the Andromeda in regards to the Mass Effect Trilogy. Maybe Witcher gamers will be lucky.
