Blockchain Technology To Be The Next Target For South Korea Government Investment

Park Won-soon, mayor of Seoul, South Korea, announced last week at a conference in Zug, the crypto valley of Switzerland, a Blockchain Urban Plan to turn the South Korean capital into a smart city by 2022, based on blockchain technology. The project requires an investment of $108 million and covers 14 public services in five areas, according to local sources.

Among the areas covered by the plan presented by Won-soon are the management of vehicle records, non-duplicable elections, management of donations, and labor protection. It is part of the program that the first decentralized services serve as a “test bed” and then undertake the innovation of all administrative services of the metropolitan government, the official said.

In the area of labor protection, for example, the city and the private sector can draw up a smart contract for part-time workers or those not covered by insurance policies. The agreement will determine the type of coverage that corresponds to each worker, according to the hours worked, as well as automate the payroll.

Park Wan-soon explained that by 2022, 200 companies focused on blockchain technology are expected to be operating and that 73 of them will already be active as of 2019. These companies will work in collaboration with the technology business accelerator Gaepo Digital Innovation Park and Mapo Seoul Startup Hub.

South Korea plans to invest $100 million in blockchain technology and crypto exchange

“There are many areas where blockchain technology is applied (…) I will contribute to the activation of the industry by applying it to management, to this end we will create an environment where companies can work freely and cultivate their talent,” said Park Won-soon
Metropolitan Mayor of Seoul, South Korea.

This initiative could have positive effects on the cryptocurrency and blockchain technology ecosystem, a field in which South Korea is one of the leading countries. Until the beginning of this year, the trade in crypto coins was not regulated in any way, and it deprived the participants of self-regulation in that ecosystem.

Seven months ago, the South Korean financial authorities established a set of measures that regulate the cryptocurrency exchange, along with the Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs). Also, South Korea implemented strict Know-Your-Customer (KYC) policies.

Such measures, according to local media, have not had the expected effects. The new identification system for crypto exchange platforms, for example, has only been adopted by 4 of the trading platforms, namely, Upbit, Bithumb, Korbit, and Coinoine.

Crypto Mining: Chinese Government Sentenced A Man For Bitcoin (BTC) Mining

On October 8th, a Chinese news portal reported that a man was sentenced to three and a half years in prison and fined 100,000 Yuan (about $14,428) for stealing electricity from a railway company for crypto mining.

According to the portal, the conviction was filed on September 13th by the Datong Rail Transport Court in Shanxi Province in China. According to the source, the man was accused of stealing about the equivalent of 104,000 Yuan (about $15,000) in electricity to power 50 crypto mining equipment and three fans that were active 24 hours a day during November and December last year.

The accused one, named Xu Xinghua, “stole the power of the pole near the Second West Plant of the Kouquan Railway” and during his crypto mining operations, he generated 3.2 Bitcoin (BC), about 120,000 Yuan (roughly $17,300).

The Chinese court also noted that Xinghua will have to pay electricity bills and that its crypto mining equipment will be confiscated. It should be noted that, of the 50 operating equipment, five were damaged during operations.

China is not ok with non-licensed crypto mining

The government of China indicated last July that the non-licensed activities of crypto mining would be closed as of September. On that occasion, they clarified that illegal Bitcoin (BTC) mining activities corresponded to those not registered with government authorities and that required a high unauthorized energy demand, in cases in which they did not have a private electricity service contract.

A month before the announcement, the seizure of more than 200 Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) mining equipment in Anhui province became known. In that case, the owner of the crypto mining equipment had stolen about 150,000 kW per hour for more than a month.

According to sources, 70% of the crypto mining in China is concentrated in a single province, called Sichuan, which suffered flooding last July, affecting operations. This area is attractive for mining because of the abundance of water resources and cheap electricity, low population density, and cold weather.

Bowsette Is Now The New Final Boss In A Modified Super Mario Bros Wii

If you’re still into the Bowsette thing, we have big news for you. The new, StupidMarioBros1Fan-modified Super Mario Bros Wii version is boasting Bowsette as the new final boss, and she’s breathing fireballs.

Bowsette, or Koopa-hime, in Japanese, is the latest craze on the Internet. She is a fan-made character of Super Mario Bros, and she has been designed as a gender-bender of the Bowser character. She emerged in September 2018, as the creation of Ayyk92. Bowsette rose in popularity and appreciation, especially among anime-porn fans.

Bowsette has been the first search criterium on Pornhub in the weeks after her first appearance.

Bowsette replaced Bowser in the new version of SuperMarioBros1Fan, and she’s hot, literally, as she’s spitting fire. The new boss, Bowsette, is a “heavily edited version of Peach’s model from Mario Party 9,” with a custom crown and shoulders, the before-mentioned Super Mario Bros Wii fan developed. Accordingly, SuperMarioBros1Fan used “Bowser’s original animations as a reference, but this was 100% re-animated.”

Bowsette Is Now The New Final Boss In A Modified Super Mario Bros Wii

Following the buzz created by Bowsette, the female version of Bowser, a Super Mario Bros Wii fan came up with Bowsette as the new final boss in a modifies Super Mario Bros version.

Bowsette is a revamped version of Princess Peach, so, in the modified Super Mario Bros version, she became the new boss, and her voice was developed by mixing Peach clips from games like Mario Party 10, Mario Tennis Ultra Smash, New Super Mario Bros Wii and Mario & Luigi: Dream Team.

According to SuperMarioBros1Fan, the creator of Bowsette as the new final boss in a modified Super Mario Bros Wii version, he slowed down the original voice of Princess Peach because he “felt like an ‘evil’ Peach would have a slightly deeper voice.”

In conclusion, Bowsette, a recreation of Princess Peach and Bowser, has made it as the new final boss in a modified Super Mario Bros Wii version by SuperMarioBros1Fan.

Top Clash of Clans Farming Strategies for Town Hall 7

Farming is one of the most popular Clash of Clans strategies and numerous top players used it. However, you can always improve your techniques and that is why we have prepared a couple of tips that should help you have successful attacks without losing too many troops.

The armies we will show are some of the most efficient ones when it comes to farming if your Town Hall is at level 8. These troops work for any player that has this Town Hall, and the number of trophies is not important in this situation.

Remember that you should only use these troops for farming, as they might not offer you good results for another kind of attacks. The reason why we have made these choices for your army is that you won’t have to waste a lot of time and resources to create them.

Top troops for farming in Clash of Clans

When you are farming in Clash of Clans you want to be able to attack quickly. Therefore, you should look at the troops which don’t require a lot of time to be made. Additionally, you don’t want to spend a lot of resources on these troops, so you should look at the cheapest ones.

We analyzed all the options for you and we have concluded that the quickest and cheapest troops are the barbarians, the archers and the minions. If you use these troops you will have both ground and air attacks, which can come in handy. It is very important to combine them when you are attacking another player.

How many troops?

If you have a Town Hall at level 7 you already know that you have 170 free slots in your army. One of the best combinations that you can make for farming attacks is 80 barbarians, 60 archers and 30 minions. In order to get these troops, you will need to wait just 8 minutes.

For both barbarians and archers, you can use the regular barracks. They both require regular elixir, which can also be found in tree trunks, trees and bushes. Minions are made in the dark barracks, and it orders to make them you will need to use a dark elixir. You don’t have to use any gems for these troops.

How to use them?

Once your troops are ready you can add another 80 barbarians, 60 archers and 30 minions to the queue, so their production can begin while you are still attacking your enemy. Now that you are finally prepared, it is time to begin your attack.

Don’t attack the first base you see; it is important that you find a base which has a lot of loot available. While you might spend some gold during the search, you will get it back during the attack. Look for inactive bases which haven’t collected their loot.

If you can, find players who have their loot placed outside the walls. Once you find such a base, you can attack it. First of all, if there are collectors outside the walls you should use a wall of barbarians to get all the elixir and gold from them. Behind that first loot of barbarians, you should add another wall of archers.

Now that you got the easy loot, it is time to get the rest of it. Use your barbarian king and some barbarians to destroy the walls. Use a healing spell for this stage. Once the wall is destroyed add some archers and barbarians. Try to use them to destroy the air defenses. Use healing spells when they are needed.

Watch the attack closely and see what are the places where the barbarians and archers have failed. Now it is time to use the minions, but you must be careful. Place them in areas with no air defense. Minions can also fly inside the walls and get the loot from there.

Take a look at these Clash of Clans tips and tricks:

The new iPhone XS Max iOS 12 jailbreak tool by Luca Todesco

Two weeks ago, it has been reported that Pangu jailbreak team successfully jailbreak the iPhone XS running on iOS 12. In the present, Italian developer and renowned jailbreaker, known for his iOS 10-centric Yalu jailbreak tool, Luca Todesco, has confirmed via Twitter that he has successfully jailbroken his iPhone XS Max hardware running on iOS 12.

Last October 8, 2018, Todesco posted this tweet:

‘Since I’m finally done hacking the Xs Max I started using it as my daily driver and I gotta say it’s a damn fine piece of hardware’

Luca Todesco has now a major contribution in the jailbreak community as he was responsible for the Yalu and Yalu102 jailbreaks as well. The release of his iOS 12 jailbreak tool is entirely up for debate.

Since the Italian developer brags about the iPhone XS Max as being a “fine piece of hardware”, one Twitter user who goes by the name Ben Vinci asked Todesco if he has experienced any issues with his phone. The main complaints about iPhone XS Max coming from users are:

  • It won’t charge if plugged into a wall charger when in standby.
  • When trying to charge, the device’s screen will freeze for several minutes and will have to be reset.
  • LTE connectivity and signal problems.

Forbes’ Gordon Kelly reports:

‘Speaking to me ahead of publishing, Lewis Hilsenteger – aka Unbox Therapy – told me of “hundreds” of posts detailing a phenomenon whereby the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max will not charge if they are plugged into a wall charger when in standby. Moreover, some of the phones become frozen and have to be reset.’

But Todesco replied that his device just works fine and that he did not experience any charging and connectivity issues so far.

Since the charging and reception issues are the most common, an article report says that Apple will be releasing a fix in the next few weeks, but until then owners will just have to figure out a way to charge their iPhone XS and XS Max.
