What Will Happen To Android AR/VR In 2019?

Each year comes with impressive technological improvements, and this year should be no exception. We cannot wait to see what Android developers have for us in store in 2019. We already have a couple of predictions for Android and we are ready to share them with you.

Machine learning

Machine learning can be used as a tool and it has been implemented in various projects. Apps for social media, healthcare, the financial sector or banking have used machine learning successfully in the past. It is expected that Quantum computing will use machine learning in the future in order to handle large numbers of vectors in high-dimensional spaces.

Virtual assistants

The past year was huge for virtual assistants. Controlling them via voice commands makes things very simple for users. In 2019 we expect Android to take voice commands even further. A new user interface would be needed and the virtual assistant should receive several enhancements as well.

AR and VR

Another big trend for 2018 was represented by virtual reality and augmented reality. This should continue in 2019 and we should receive some improvements as well. These systems can be used for various purposes, especially when it comes to gaming. More and more apps have started to make use of virtual reality and we expect big things this year.

AR can be also used for designers, architects and others in order to visualize their final product. This way, they can make the needed adjustments before completing the project, which is something that should save time and money.

Getting root access

Rooting your Android device allows you to control it completely and it makes it possible to install apps that were not compatible initially with it. However, there are also some risks to that, as the sources might not always be reliable.

YEO Users will Enjoy the Highest Level of Security Thanks to the App’s Facial Recognition Features

Without a doubt, WhatsApp is the most commonly used messaging app all over the world. The position is not surprising if we consider its features: people can use it for free, it doesn’t allow any annoying ads to pop-up and each message is sent or received with encrypted content. This means that only the recipient and sender can see what the correspondence via WhatsApp holds.

With all the encryption, users are still concerned about online security and privacy of their personal information while communicating through the worldwide famous app. As we know, WhatsApp is owned by Facebook and the social platform has had its share of security breaches. In this case, people are looking for alternatives that make them feel safer when they are communicating and sharing files online.

YEO comes with a bullet-proof security measure – facial recognition

Also known as Your Eye Only, YEO is one of the latest trends in the matter of cool social apps. One of the main reasons which make YEO so popular is its increased security measures. We are talking about facial recognition and everybody knows that security is this feature’s middle name. Besides, YEO promises to remain ad-free and offer its users a unique experience.

These are strong reasons to start using the app, but you should keep something important in mind. Unlike WhatsApp, YEO doesn’t come free, so people who want to download it are requested to start a subscription and pay a small monthly fee. In order to see if the app can suit your needs, you get a free trial that lasts for 14 days. However, this might not be enough to convince people to become regular users.

This month we will get to see the iOS version of YEO. The variant dedicated to Android users will soon follow it. People who are really concerned about their safety during online communication should really try YEO, because it helps them share private information and content in extremely secure environment.

New iOS 11.4.1 Jailbreak is in Development

Those that want to jailbreak their device and are currently running iOS 11.4.1 will be happy to learn that a Twitter user is hard at work on a jailbreak solution for this particular iOS version.

According to a source the news was posted by thihmstar, a famous developer that is well-known in the jailbreak scene. The announcement led to enthusiastic reactions since many people want to jailbreak their device.

Tihmstar is developing an exploit that will be compatible with iOS versions that go up to 11.4.1. While the kernel can be read it will take a while until the task will be finished. He tested the fix on an iPhone 6 but is unsure if it will work on other models, including those that don’t have a headphone jack.

In a later post tihmstar said that he managed to gain access to the kernel base but the exploit requires the existence of a headphone jack in order to work properly.

Jailbreaking a device has remained a controversial process since the first exploit was released.  The Cupertino company was against the process since day one and each iteration of iOS has become increasingly harder to crack as time passed. Apple has declared that jailbreaking is a dangerous act since it exposes your device to several risks.  If you decide to jailbreak your device and then face a problem Apple will not help since jailbreaking a device will void the warranty.

Those that decide to take the risk and jailbreak device will get access variety of tweaks and features that can improve the functionality of their device. But they can also download infected apps released by malicious third-party providers.

Until now it was possible to jailbreak a device that is running iOS 11.3.1. If the new exploit will be stable, it will mark a significant progress on the way to a jailbreak for iOS 12. It remains to be seen if tihmstar will be able to release the exploit in the future.

VPN solutions are, sometimes, some handy services. Whether you want to access geographically-restricted content or play games safely and privately, a VPN is always the ideal choice. Today, we’ll come into your help by talking about the best VPN for gaming in 2019.

A VPN (Virtual Private Network) is always useful whenever you want to access geographically-restricted content or navigate the web securely and privately. In short, a VPN connection is connecting your PC to a private network, as the service’s name implies, which means that your IP would become hidden. VPN solutions are handy to watch the US version of Netflix, for example, even though you’re from another part of the world.

As for gaming, a VPN does pretty much the same thing, whatsoever. When deciding to play a game that’s available in another region of the world or join the players from a specific geographical area, a VPN is what you need.

Best VPN For Gaming in 2019

ExpressVPN

ExpressVPN is a great solution no matter what your purpose is, be it navigating the web safely, accessing geographically-restricted content, or playing games that, otherwise, would not be available in your country. With servers scattered across 148 locations around the world, ExpressVPN is very secure with its 256-bit AES encryption, and it is also boasting a no-logging policy, enhancing your privacy on the Internet.

Another great feature of Private Internet Access is that this VPN solution supports virtually every platform out there.

NordVPN

Maybe the most popular among the best VPN for gaming in 2019, NordVPN is a reliable solution when it comes to navigating the web safely and privately.
