Samsung Galaxy A7 2018 bs. Oppo F9 – Best Specs and Improvements Comparison

The new Samsung Galaxy A7 2018 will be the first Samsung’s three-camera smartphone to arrive in the fall of 2018. On the other hand, the Oppo F9 was announced by the Chinese manufacturer since August 2018 after a series of leaks that somehow revealed some of its characteristics. Now, between Samsung Galaxy A 7 2018 and Oppo F9, which is better?

Samsung Galaxy A7 2018

The new Samsung Galaxy A7 2018 would come out with some premiere features for Samsung because it is the first three-camera smartphone released by the giant South Korean technology company.

As for its technical specs, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A7 2018 would boast a 6-inch SuperAMOLED display with 2220 x 1080 resolution, 4 Gb RAM or 6 Gb RAM, 64 Gb of internal storage, and Exynos 7885 8-core processor.

Its main feature would be the three-camera system it would have on its backside, while it would also boast a glass back case.

Oppo F9

The Chinese Oppo F9 comes out with a 6.3-inch TFT LTPS display at 2340 x 1080, with extremely thin edges and a tiny notch, boasting a 19:5: 9 aspect ratio and a screen-to-body ratio of over 90%.

Under the hood, Oppo F9 packs a MediaTek Helio P60 chipset, which is an octa-core processor running at up to 2.0 GHz, 4 Gb RAM, and an internal storage capacity of 64 Gb. Additionally, an Oppo F9 variant with 6 Gb RAM also exists. Above all, this Chinese phone has a dual camera system on its back.

Samsung A7 2018 Vs. Oppo F9 – Which Is Better?

Both smartphones come with octa-core CPUs and either 4 Gb RAM or 6 Gb RAM, depending on which variant you’d choose to buy. Also, both Samsung A7 2018 and Oppo F9 come with 64 Gb of internal storage, expandable via microSD cards, of course. At this point, there’s no significant difference between them.

Oppo F9 boasts a bigger screen then the Samsung A7 2018 but also only a dual camera system which pales in comparison with the A7’s triple-camera setup. Thus, the new Samsung A7 2018 beats the Chinese Oppo F9 on this regard. Also, Oppo F9 has a 3,500-MAh accumulator which is slightly better than the Samsung A7 2018’s 3,000-MAh battery.

In conclusion, the Samsung A7 2018 might be slightly better than the Oppo F9 regarding cameras, but, besides that, both smartphones are pretty similar.
