Pokemon Sword And Pokemon Shield – Two New Pokemon Games For Nintendo Switch In 2019

Two new mainline Pokemon games will be available for fans to play on the Nintendo Switch, according to the latest announcement coming from Pokemon Nintendo Direct live stream that took place yesterday. The names of these games are Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield. These games are amazing because they offer you the possibility to live fantastic adventures that will keep you excited all the way, all happening on the Nintendo Switch.

According to the president of The Pokemon Company, Tsunekazu Ishihara, the Pokemon video game journey began almost three decades ago, but it could not have been better than now. Since then, a lot of changes happened, and the game as a brand evolved. Trainers all over the world grew up along with this game that introduced new Pokemon and offered them the chance to make countless memories from engaging in epic battles.

Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield, the two new Pokemon games for Nintendo Switch, would come out by the end of this year

The Galar region represents the location of the action in Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield. Many new, never-before-seen Pokemon monsters live there. Throughout the presentation and then on Twitter via the official Pokemon page, this landscape revealed to us as a vast region with lots of stuff for the players to discover. During the Pokemon Nintendo Direct event, they offered us a glimpse of new Pokemon characters in the upcoming Pokemon games for Nintendo Switch. And there are three of them – water-type Sobble, fire-type Scorbunny, and the grass-type Grookey.

Random encounters are something you would get from the Let’s Go! series that was developed after Pokemon Go, but it is coming into these two games, Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield, as well. We are not sure whether the firm behind Pokemon will offer more information this year in June during the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3). However, according to Game Freak, these games are set to launch near the end of this year.
