Red Dead Redemption 2 Release Date And New Gameplay Details

The second title of the Rockstar’s Red Dead Redemption classic western video game series, Red Dead Redemption 2 is a prequel set 12 years before the events in the original release. Set in an open-world environment in the American wilderness, Red Dead Redemption 2 will follow the story of Dutch Van der Linde and his gang which has a young John Marston as one of its members.

Surprisingly, even though the game is just around the corner, it was not a part of the E3 2018, but, still, Rockstar released several trailers, new gameplay details, that besides the rumors that emerged on the Internet lately.

Red Dead Redemption 2 release date

Red Dead Redemption 2 will launch on October 26th, 2018, for PS4 and Xbox One. For collectors, Rockstar will also release a premium package known as the Special Edition, priced at $80, and comes with a copy of the game with some extra special missions, new weapons, and a physical map of the game’s world for gamers to own.

Also, there will be an Ultimate Edition and a Collector’s Box, both priced at $100. The Ultimate Edition contains all the items found in the Special Edition, plus additional DLC items. On the other hand, the Collector’s Box doesn’t provide any digital items but will come out with a unique playing cards deck, artwork, a bandit’s bandana, a physical map of the game world, and a collector’s coin.

Red Dead Redemption 2 – Gameplay

Set in the America of 1899, Red Dead Redemption 2 is a classic western shooter set 12 years before the events in the first title of the franchise. Rockstar revealed the first detailed gameplay trailer for Red Dead Redemption 2 on August 9th when we could see that the core mechanics from the first title were still in place, but everything else was revamped.

Accordingly, wildlife is now smarter living within its ecosystem, and the character can interact with other people more naturally, something that was impossible in the first title of the game.

Although Rockstar did not share any detail on the multiplayer gameplay, the first Red Dead Redemption came out with an online free-for-all mode, along with a team deathmatch style gameplay in the open world, so some rumors say the follow-up game, Red Dead Redemption 2, would contain all of those plus a new Battle Royale game mode.

What can you Swap Clash of Clans for in 2018: Best Six Alternatives

Thanks to Clash of Clans, 2012 was a decisive year for video games on mobiles. It was and continues to be a very successful game, but of course, other people want success too, so its unique style of video game has been copied many times since. Now we will describe 6 of them and maybe in case you get tired of Clash of Clans you can give one of these a try.

Castle Clash

Castle Clash was released in 2013 by Lords Mobile. Compared to other such games, it is still behind, but this game was the first to be brave enough to toe-to-toe with the famous video game from Supercell. This game has some historical efforts and a fantasy touch behind it which deserves our respect.

Dawn of Mars

When a game is made similar to the Clash of Clans it usually has the same game style combining base attacks and management of enemy fortresses. However, Dawn of MArs is not one of them as it took another path. Even though in order to get resources you still need to build your base, the engine of the game is no longer violent and it has a story instead. This story stays at the base of conquering Mars and got us pretty excited.

Hero Sky

In this Clash Royale copy, the only thing you can see as different is the theme. Regarding this game, its theme includes flying ships and an attractive, albeit zany, a hodgepodge of Greek gods. Regarding its gameplay, not much innovation is provided to the players, but it does offer some really high production values being a serious product.

Call of Duty: Heroes

Everybody wanted to play Clash of Clans when it first got released, and Activision did not stand a chance not to put their hat in the ring too. This game which is a well-known “shooter” franchise has quite a compact strategy game, but it also includes some original aspects borrowed from their own video games: you can use special attack powers such as helicopter ones which give us the feeling of an FPS genre. We must admit it works and it is not just a clone which changed the look of the buildings and units just to get played.

Jungle Heat

Similar to Castle Clash, this game came into the industry in 2013 as well aiming to ride the wave of Clash of Clans just like the other games we talked about earlier. This game was received pretty well by the community of gamers as it is still receiving new content due to their excitement to play it. They have a patch available which offers gamers the possibility to play in high-resolution graphics, and that is quite impressive, right? The company behind the game, My.com, followed Supercell’s steps of their famous game and now we have enabled the opportunity to play a jungle-style Clash Royale.

Lunar Battle

This fantastic game was inspired by an Atari classic from 1982, and your objective is to colonize space. It has the same strategy base as the one of Clash of Clans, but the combat of the Lunar Battle was changed into battles between warships. This is the breath of fresh air we needed and was provided by this change plus the retro wave music that sound like the last album of Daft Punk and some outstanding graphics.

Now that you got excited about at least one of these games, we do not think that Clash of Clans would get mad at you for trying something new for once.

PlayStation 5 To Bring Significant Changes to Sony PlayStation Network (PSN), According To Jez Corden

Far from being perfect, the PlayStation Network (PSN) would take significant advantage of the release of PlayStation 5 to make it to the next level.

When it first appeared on PlayStation 3, the PSN had disappointed the gamers and, well aware of this problem, Sony sought to improve things when it launched the current generation of its video games console. Its many changes have changed the face of the service, but have also come with paid access.

Well aware that this subscription concept includes a high expectation on the part of Sony console owners, the manufacturer would take advantage of the next generation of its video games console, PlayStation 5, to rework its offer while adding many possibilities to the PSN according to Jez Corden, editor of Windows Central.

PlayStation 5 would bring significant changes to Sony’s PlayStation Network (PSN)

“Heard a few rumors Sony might be working on a big infrastructure/platform update for PSN in time for PS5. They’re not resting on their laurels when it comes to cloud it seems,” said Jez Corden on Twitter.

Unfortunately for us, the editor of Windows Central, who rarely makes mistakes when presenting rumors and news, did not want to say more about the changes we could see within PlayStation Network (PSN) after the release of PlayStation 5.

However, taking the rumor as true, it is good to see that Sony will change not only the appearance of its PlayStation Network but also its infrastructure, which could allow the PSN to gain more boost or even make its entry into the cross-platform play. It could also make possible for the Japanese manufacturer to finally catch up with Microsoft and its Xbox Live by offering new features and functions in its PSN with the release of PlayStation 5.

Final Fantasy 15 has become one of the most popular games all around the world. Fans had to wait a long time until they could play it, but, according to them, it was worth it. The game, which is developed by Square Enix, came with awesome downloading content which can now be found on a lot of computers.

As a result of its popularity, developers decided to release several spinoffs and a mobile version. It looks like they were inspired, because their financial success is increasing and they really needed that.

Final Fantasy 15’s positive impact and world-wide popularity lead to the idea of developing another part of the franchise, Final Fantasy 16. Since players had to wait a long time until the previous version’s release, they are prepared for a similar situation. Until the game appears, let’s have a look at what it might bring.

More action combat

At this point, we don’t have any confirmed information. However, considering the tendency from Final Fantasy 15, we might conclude that Final Fantasy 16 will come with more action combat. This change is necessary, because technology has evolved and gamers need a more intense experience.

The Open World environment could be diversified

Gamers really love the possibility of travelling around the world in a convertible. Since they like this experience so much, developers could keep it and improve it within the Final Fantasy 16. They picture a more diverse environment and expansive world for the new game.

Final Fantasy 16 could come with better characters

Even if previous versions of the game brought a new environment, the plot was considered a bit dull by some players. Now, the developers might come up with a more interesting story and diverse personalities.

Final Fantasy 16’s estimated release date could be somewhere in 2019. However, considering their previous experience, its fans are prepared to wait until 2020 or later.
