Assassin’s Creed Titles To Come On Nintendo Switch, Reportedly

According to some recent listings on several retailers’ sites, Assassin’s Creed titles would come on Nintendo Switch soon. Even more, reportedly, Nintendo Switch payers might enjoy two Assassin’s Creed games in only about a couple of weeks.

Herni-Svet, a Czech online store, listed Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation Collection for Nintendo Switch. According to the online retailer, the Assassin’s Creed title for Nintendo Switch would come out on February 15th. Also, the German online store Media Markt listed an Assassin’s Creed Collection game for Nintendo Switch. Also, it would launch next month.

We don’t know yet if these listings are just mistakes of the two retailers since Ubisoft refused to comment the rumors and leaks referring to the launch of Assassin’s Creed titles on Nintendo Switch. However, in 2018, Ubisoft’s CEO Yves Guillemot told GameSpot that the company would not launch any new Assassin’s Creed games in 2019.

Reportedly, Assassin’s Creed Titles Would Come On Nintendo Switch

“Perhaps this new collection is a way for the company to plug that gap while it works on a brand-new game for next year. Ubisoft has not yet announced any plans to bring its hit series to Nintendo’s portable console, except for last year’s Odyssey, which came to Switch as a Japan-exclusive cloud-streaming game,” reported GameSpot.

The last Assassin’s Creed game that rolled out for a Nintendo console was Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag on Wii U. Also, the Assassin’s Creed III, the title rumored to launch on Nintendo Switch in February, launched on Wii U a few years ago. In other news, besides Assassin’s Creed III, the before-mentioned Czech site also listed Liberation as an upcoming Nintendo Switch game.

Nintendo Switch is the most successful console at the moment. According to recent statistics, it surpassed both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in 2018. Nintendo has many plans to boost the growth of Nintendo Switch, and the fact that some more Assassin’s Creed titles might come on Nintendo Switch is only helpful for the Japanese company in its purposes.

Pokemon Go is still a very popular game on Android and iOS. Niantic, the game’s developer, is frequently bringing new content to Pokemon Go and rolls out special events such as the well-known Community Day. Nonetheless, Niantic is also releasing updates quite often to enhance the stability and performance of the game. Now, Pokemon Go 0.133.0 rolled out with some minor changes and improvements.

The gameplay of Pokemon Go is quite straightforward, in essence. Players, also known as coaches in the Pokemon universe, have to wander in parks and on streets to spot and catch Pokemons. Also, gamers can grab items that give them discounts on in-game objects or resources needed in the game.

Many special events take place in Pokemon Go, too. The most popular one, Community Day, offers the opportunity for gamers to catch Shiny variants of various Pokemon monsters, which are nothing else than regular Pokemons but with a particular outfit and at least one special move.

Clash Royale: Get More Victories With These Top-3 Tips

Clash Royale remains one of the most popular mobile games, at the moment, even though it rolled out in 2016. The game, which is the creation of Supercell (the same games studio behind the more recent Brawl Stars – also a significant success in the world of mobile gaming, so far), is a Clash of Clans spinoff with different, faster-paced gameplay. Clash Royale might seem challenging sometimes, so here are the top-3 tips that would help you get more victories.

Clash Royale is, after all, a real-time strategy game, so those gamers who would jump into a battle without any strategy in their minds, will, most likely, lose. So, building the right plan when it comes to both attacking and defending is what makes the difference in Clash Royale.

Clash Royale: Get More Victories With These Top-3 Tips

Learn how to play Clash Royale from the top players

Clash Royale is a multiplayer game, and the competitiveness between the players is what makes this title fun and addictive. Thanks to the in-game competition among gamers, the beginners can quickly check on how the top players play Clash Royale. Take some time studying the strategies applied by professional Clash Royale players and try to adapt and use them in your battles.

Play cards in combos

Clash Royale is mixing elements from genres like collectible card games, tower defense, and multiplayer online battle. So, either to attack or defense your base in Clash Royale, you’ll have to play the right cards. You should learn when and how to correctly play your cards (troops, heroes, spells). But to get more victories, you must know when to play cards in combos, which is the best option to defeat opponents. Look for the so-called wombo-combo cards, and play them together.

Always go to battle with a mixed deck of cards

Never rely on a single type of cards. When going to battle, you should always join the fight with a mixed deck of cards. This way, you would be ready for anything and any situation that might occur during a battle in Clash Royale.

Inmost, An Atmospheric Story-Driven Puzzle Game, To Come Out This Year for Nintendo Switch and PC

Publisher Chucklefish and developer Hidden Layer Games announced in August 2018 that they work on a new title, an atmospheric story-driven puzzle game, Inmost. Now, they announced more about it, including the fact that Inmost would come out this year for Nintendo Switch and PC (via Steam).

“Inmost is an atmospheric, story-driven puzzle platformer, following three playable characters within one dark, interconnecting story. In an old abandoned castle, you’ll need to explore every nook and cranny, avoid detection, slice your way through enemies and spring deadly traps in order to escape the evil that lurks within,” the official game’s description reads.

“A Knight sworn to the forces of darkness. A creature which feeds on pain. A stranger searching for answers. One interconnecting tale of suffering, sacrifice, and the young girl in the middle of it all,” the description continues.

Inmos Would Come Out This Year for Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam

According to the official site, the essential features of Inmos, an atmospheric story-drive puzzle game, are:

  • A ghoulishly atmospheric, yet beautiful pixel art world.
  • Three main characters, each with their own unique gameplay styles.
  • One interweaving story, set across two worlds.
  • Scale the environment by sneaking past enemies, luring them into deadly traps, solving puzzles and slicing down foes.
  • Explore every inch of the world to find secret passages.
  • Each pixel is placed with love!

The title promises to be a very interesting game, arcade style, with many puzzles to solve and lots of creepy enemies to defeat. The in-game atmosphere looks fantastic, at least from the photos, GIFs, and the trailer Chucklefish and Hidden Layer Games released so far, and I believe Inmost would be a very nice game to kill your free time when you don’t have any other game to play.

We don’t know yet when in 2019 the game would roll out. Below, there is the official trailer that announces Inmost for Nintendo Switch:

World of Warcraft Receives New Raid and Dungeon Mechanics Via Update

World of Warcraft launched in 2004 as a massively multiplayer online role-playing game, but it’s still a trendy and appreciated title. World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth didn’t have a great year in 2018, but Blizzard intends to change that in 2019 with new additions and content. In the first World of Warcraft update of 2019, the game receives new raid and dungeon mechanics, as well as other small changes.

The so-called Battle for Dazar’alor rolled out in World of Warcraft, and it seems to be the most special raid in the game’s history. In this one, different from the previous raids, each faction has its mission. The Alliance tries to attack the Horde city, while the Horde has to defend it. To complete the raid, both groups will fight every boss “in a how the other side saw it” flashback.

Along with the new update, the second season of Battle for Azeroth’s player-versus-player also reached World of Warcraft.

World of Warcraft Receives New Raid and Dungeon Mechanics Via Update

The new season Battle for Azeroth’s PvP boasts new rewards that gamers can earn through Battlegrounds and War Mode. Thanks to the World of Warcraft update with the new raid, the game also received significant loot rewards that would, most likely, attract the players. Via the patch, Mythic Keystones have their loot drops increased to 370 item level gear.

The Mythic Keystone of the end of the week can now scale all the way up to 410, as reported by Polygon tech news portal.

All these new changes in World of Warcraft, including new raid and dungeon mechanics, as well as the Mythic Keystone improvements and the addition of a fifth circle to the Azerite armor, emerge in the game before the World of Warcraft 8.2 patch which would roll out later this year and which Blizzard presented at BlizzCon 2018.
