Facebook Cryptocurrency Might Launch By Mid-Summer 2019

With billions of active users each month Facebook is shaping up to be a powerhouse that is here to stay. The empire continues to grow, and according to specific sources, the company is looking forward to launching new services which could make its products even more popular. According to some sources Facebook is currently working on a “Facebook cryptocurrency” which should be released by the end of the first semester of the year.

The information has been offered by Facebook employees who asked to remain anonymous to avoid any potential issues that should appear due to the breach of a non-disclosure agreement.

During the first stage of the project, WhatsApp users will be able to send that Facebook cryptocurrency to any contact. WhatsApp has over 1.5 billion active users each month, so the number of potential users for the upcoming crypto is quite large. Other sources claim that Facebook is confident enough to offer its coin to cryptocurrency exchanges which will then sell it to third-party users. Telegram, another popular messaging app, will also release a digital currency shortly, which will likely serve as a direct competitor to the potential Facebook cryptocurrency.

The Facebook cryptocurrency might make the social network more appealing for crypto enthusiasts

The market opportunities are sizeable since Facebook has the reputation and the resources needed to promote its new cryptocurrency at an international level. If the initiative is successful, the usage of cryptocurrencies across the world could grow exponentially since many users may opt to use WhatsApp to quickly send some cash without the need to use traditional services like wire transfers or Western Union.

The company led by Mark Zuckerberg has declined to answer any questions regarding the alleged Facebook cryptocurrency. It is thought that the popular decentralized protocol could be used to make the service more attractive to people who already use digital currencies in a period when Facebook is losing members.

Some already fear that the cryptocurrency could be used for nefarious purposes by third-party entities. The private nature of cryptocurrencies makes them very popular among scammers and criminals, and it is likely that the new platform could be seen as a new gold mine by some.

USB4: Twice As Fast As USB3 And Compatible With Thunderbolt 3

The next USB has just been announced by the USB Promoter Group, and it will bring a major improvement in data transfer speed. How fast will the USB4 be?

USB4 Comes With Double the Bandwidth and Performance Compared to USB3

The next USB is said to support a speed up to 40Gbps, using two-lane operation – each of 20Gbps, and according to Digital Trends, it matches the speed of Thunderbolt 3. The USB4 will use the Thunderbolt protocol but will have different functionality.

Back in 2017, the USB 3.2 was announced, and it was recently released – but it only supports 20Gbps. With this latest announcement, everyone got a little confused – the USB 3.2 was here, and there was a new USB called USB4. Was it a new version of the 3.2? The details of the USB4 showed that it was compatible with the previous standards, such as the 3.2 and 3.1. However, the name USB4 should make it clear that it is a next-gen USB, and not the 3.2 getting a new name or a new version.

According to the USB Promoter Group Chairman, Brad Saunders, the USB aims to “deliver the best user experience combining data, display and power delivery over a user-friendly and robust cable and connector solution,” adding that the USB4 will enhance the experience and optimize it “over a single connection and enabling the further doubling of performance.”

USB4 and Thunderbolt 3

Meanwhile, Intel’s Thunderbolt protocol is being shared with USB Promoter Group, and Intel plans to enable “other chip makers to build Thunderbolt compatible silicon, royalty-free.”

USB4 and its 40Gbps will be a universal standard for all USB ports, and the Thunderbolt 3 will also be featured in more devices.

Considering the USB 3.2 needed a lot of time to be released, expect the USB4’s technical specs to be revealed at the USB Developer Days conference during the second half of the year and then perhaps be used in hardware starting with 2020-2021.

Tesla Model Y Crossover To Be Revealed on 14 March, Says Elon Musk

This Sunday, Elon Musk was planning to surprise his friends and fans on Twitter by revealing more news about the latest Tesla vehicle, the Model Y crossover.

The car will be revealed at LA Design Studio on 14 March during an event, Elon Musk adding the following details:

“Model Y, being an SUV, is about 10% bigger than Model 3, so will cost about 10% more & have slightly less range for same battery.”

“Detailed specs & pricing will be provided, as well as test rides in Y.”

Model Y – The Reveal Is Too Early

The Model Y is the fifth vehicle created by Tesla and the second SUV after the Model X. The vehicle will also come with normal doors, and not Falcon Wing doors which were used on the Model X.

However, according to Joseph Spak, RBC Capital Markets analyst, this early unveil is not a good strategy, even if Model Y will be an in-demand product:

“[…] We view the timing of the announcement as more fodder for the bears vs being a positive catalyst for the stock. We had thought the company would unveil the vehicle closer to start of production to avoid likely cannibalization. Now, that risk seems greater.”

According to Ben Kallo, Baird analyst, the car should be available to customers a lot later, and not earlier than 18 months. But the sales could get higher if a new SUV/CUV vehicle with a competitive price appears.

Last week, Tesla announced the Model 3 with standard range battery for US$35,000, also shifting from the flashy store sales to the more cheaper online sales for a lower price on the vehicles.

The production of the Model Y could be in Nevada, at the Tesla factory that makes batteries and powertrains, reports Financial Post.

Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Remastered Might Come Next

Even though you might have seen that PEGI decided to take down a listing for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Remastered, that the swift removal after its brief appearance might be a sign that the game is on its way. However, Activision has not yet announced Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 or its release date. You will still have to wait a little bit longer for details.

It does not really make sense to show up right now because Activision used Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered as a pack-in incentive for the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare in 2016, a fact that did not bring fans any pleasure.

A standalone release was launched the next year on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC. Even more, PlayStation Plus subscribers will get Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered in March, for free.

Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Remastered Might Be The Next Release In The Series

Whatever the next Call of Duty installment in 2019 would be, it looks like it will come out with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Remastered. Many fans are already used to the tactics the company uses. Accordingly, this year we might get Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, as it is the turn of Infinity Ward to take over the development process of the in 2019. Infinite Warfare pretty much ended the futuristic timeline, but the two games were part of Black Ops and World War II heritage of the series.

The potential launch of Call of Duy: Modern Warfare 2 Remastered would celebrate the series’ 10th anniversary this year, “No Russian” foofaraw and all. In addition to that, the league keeps Cole Hamels too and maybe using another droll P.S.A he will come back to promote it.

Activision is usually announcing a new Call of Duty in mid-spring. For example, in 2017, in mid-April, the company revealed CoD: WWII, and in May 2018 the Black Ops 4 got a showcase. This year, Activision might also present the next Call of Duty title somewhen between April and May. What’s for sure, to some extent, is that a Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Remastered would also come out soon.

Clash Of Clans Tips And Tricks To Master The Game In 2019

Not too much time ago, Supercell announced balance updates and other improvements in Clash of Clans. We were a bit surprised after that to see that one day after being announced, a new update is going live. Apart from implementing some Clash of Clans balance updates, Supercell has also enhanced the game’s stability and performance. But, today we’re going to talk about a few Clash of Clans tips and tricks that would help you master the game in 2019.

Clash Of Clans Tips And Tricks To Master The Game In 2019

How to get more resources

Having your own stock of resources is essential in this game, and you might think that the only way to boost your supplies is to raid enemy players. Of course, that is one of the possibilities, but it is also risky, so you should keep that in mind.

Your enemy players can actually have a massive defense, which makes you, the attacker, leaving your base unprotected. A better way would be to use elixir pumps, gold mines, and dark elixir drills to gather the resources you need.

Upgrading the storages

It is essential to improve your warehouses whenever you are building a new village so that to be sure you have enough room for resources. It would be worth it to upgrade your storage even though you will spend some resources. More resources will have space in there and that it is really important in Clash of Clans.

Maintain your shield

The Clash of Clans shield will help keep the village protected from enemies for a limited amount of time. The shield protects your town, but it’s not lasting forever. If you decide to attack, you can easily break the shield, and that should be avoided at all costs.

It would be better for you to take advantage of the full duration of the shield to keep your village protected for an extended period.
