Vidmate 4.0807 APK: March Updates and Patch Notes

Vidmate, the media downloader that lets you download videos, movies, and even music, has been updated. Since it was launched back in 2016, the app became massively popular. Now let us see what else is new with the app.

Vidmate 4.0807 APK Released

The popular video downloader gets a new build, coming with more performance improvements and fixes.

Vidmate’s latest version was uploaded on 23 March, reaching build number 4.0807. The file is only 13.6 MB, a little bit bigger than the one in v 4.0803.

The previous update (4.0803) was released earlier this week – on 18 March, only four days after the 4.0607 build.

Unfortunately, the devs did not mention anything on their website, and the APK file on APK Mirror does not come with patch notes. This means that the latest update only brings performance improvements and bug fixes.

Considering the app is widely used by people that want to watch videos offline, it’s great to see the app is updated regularly. The experience is always much more enjoyable with no crashes and bugs, no matter the app you’re using!

Mozilla Firefox 66 Rolled Out With Many New Features and Improvements

Mozilla Firefox 66 update is now live, and it brings a selection of new features which should make the browser more attractive in comparison to Chrome, Safari, and Edge.

Blocking autoplay content is now possible in Mozilla Firefox 66

One of the most anticipated additions is the ability to block autoplay content. Users will be no longer bothered by a website that starts to instantly play a video, hoping that you will have the patience to watch or just let play in the background. Yes, you can click on the play button to stop it the feature will be useful when you forget to turn down the speakers during a late session.

In the case of websites who don’t enable the sound when the videos start the video will be played as usual. Sites which were built with media streaming in mind will be able to start the video automatically if they are whitelisted.

Mozilla Firefox 66 would also stop page jumps from occurring

The elimination of page jumps represents another exciting feature. Users bothered by the jumps which occur when an ad loads while they are browsing a page, will be happy to learn that the phenomenon will no longer take place. Even if the advert will be displayed Firefox will know where you were, a change that will improve the user experience.

Clash of Clans New Levels And More To Come in The Next Update

April is getting closer, and we can all agree that we’ve been waiting for a few more major changes. Looking back at the past announcements from the Clash of Clans team on new prices and times balancing, we figured out that the team was preparing to introduce new levels.

The costs were lowered and so was the time on many buildings, troops, and defenses, but it was only a boon for low TH players. Now those that have maxed TH will be able to enjoy this next update… if they have the gold.

Clash of Clans Patch Notes for Incoming Update

First, bear in mind that the following patch notes are just a part of what will come in the next update. The team at Clash of Clans teases us in the end, saying that we should “stay tuned for one last piece of news that will be revealed in a couple of days!”

New Building Levels

  • Archer Tower level 17: Upgrade cost: 12,000,000 Gold / Upgrade time: 12d / DPS: 122 / HP: 1430

New Troop Levels

The team explains that the previous in-game economy changes for troops had focused the Witch levels starting at TH10 because will add a new level to the Witch at TH12. Hog Rider and Ice Golem will also get a new level:

  • Witch Level 5: Laboratory Level 10 / Upgrade cost: 200,000 Dark Elixir / Upgrade time: 14d  / DPS: 180 / HP: 480 / Training cost: 275 Dark Elixir / Max summoned units: 14 / Training time: 3m

Game Balancing

Moreover, the team is adding some more balancing to the Ice Golem’s Freeze Spell, to the Tornado Trap, the Wall Breakers and Bomb Trap.

Builder Base is also getting some changes, focusing on the Giant Cannon and the Battle Machine.

Quality of Life Improvements

Players will get a dark mode to the multiplayer matchmaking screen, a setting that can be enabled from Settings -> More Settings -> Use Dark Clouds in Home Village.

Pokemon Go Might Bring Massive Upgrades, Says Dataminer

Pokemon Go players might soon get some new amazing features, according to the famous Pokemon Go dataminer Chrales. The next two features could mean a massive upgrade to the game.

Adventure Sync ‘Awareness’ & Lucky Friends

On his Twitter account, Chrales shared the following information with the public:

New feature of Adventure Sync : “awareness”

“Now Adventure Sync can notify you about nearby new Pokémon!”

“Adventure Sync can find nearby new Pokémon even while Pokémon GO is closed!”

As you can see above, “Awareness” will tell players when a Pokemon is close. Adventure Sync will be able to use the feature to find nearby Pokemon even when the app is closed. The current Adventure Sync only tracks how much you walk when the app is closed, so you can hatch eggs and collect Buddy Candy while not in the game. Adding the “awareness” to Adventure Sync is a huge improvement, and it’s far easier than having to check your phone constantly to see if a Pokemon is near!

The second feature is called Lucky Friends, and it will let you become… lucky friends with a person and your trades will become Lucky, meaning that you can trade Lucky Pokemon:

“{0} and you became Lucky Friends!”

“Your next trade with this friend will be Lucky!”

“Your next trade together will be Lucky! This means both Pokémon traded will become Lucky Pokémon.”

As for when we will see these two new features added to Pokemon Go, we have no clue yet. Will we be able to have more than one Lucky friend or trade more than one lucky Pokemon? We will soon see it if Niantic goes public with the update. At the moment, Pokemon Go has reached v. 0.137.2 – the update was released last week, no changes added, and only came with bug fixes.
