The Sims 5 2020 Expected Release Date – EA is Looking Towards the Future

The Sims 4 launched back in 2014 and it kept receiving new DLCs ever since. However, DLCs are not what fans really want. Even though having new DLCs is nice because it refreshes the content, The Sims 5 is what fans are waiting for. On the downside of things, EA who is the lead developer behind the Sims franchise has yet to confirm that The Sims 5 is being developed.

The Sims 4 Lives On

Just like all other companies, EA is looking to generate profits and not to necessarily please fans. Therefore, EA doesn’t have a good reason to start investing in The Sims 5 as long as The Sims 4 keeps making money because fans purchase DLCs. Developing a DLC requires a lot less time than a full game and this is why EA keeps doing it.

The Sims 5 2020 Release

Even though EA might still be able to sell The Sims 4 DLCs for now, fans are going to get tired of this at one point and the game developer will need to create a new installment. Rumor has it that EA is already looking towards the future and that The Sims 5 might be scheduled for a 2020 release.

EA Needs to Earn Fans Trust Back

This past couple of months have not been that good for EA. Gamers all around the world have united against EA and promised not to pre-order any games produced by EA. This means that EA needs to earn the trust of its fans trust back and what better way to do that than with The Sims 5?

Revamping The Sims Franchise

If we take a look at the Sims community forum, we will see that the one thing all fans are asking for is open-world exploration. With that said, The Sims 5 could feature open-world exploration. This feature is surely going to be implemented because this would make it possible for EA to release even more DLCs in the years to come.

Dead Space 4 in the Works? Visceral Games is Not Busy with Star Wars: Battlefront Anymore

Just like Half-Life 3, there is a high demand for Dead Space 4 and a lack of interest from the developers. Although, the real reason why Dead Space 4 is not already available on the market is that the folks who are in charge of the franchise are having some problems. Visceral Games is the company that developed the Dead Space franchise and it kept promising that a new title is going to arrive sooner than expected. Unfortunately, Visceral Games is owned by EA and EA tasked the game developer to create the latest Star Wars: Battlefront instead of Dead Space 4.

When Will Dead Space 4 Arrive?

Now that Star Wars: Battlefront has been released, Visceral Games might be open to start a new project. Frank Gibeau who is an executive at EA has said that the company is interested in making a new Dead Space game, but that it needs to have an audience of at least five million people for EA to start investing.

Rumor has it that EA will not require an audience so large anymore since the company has been having lots of issues with fans and it needs to make a game to earn the fans trust once again. Gaming communities all throughout the web have vowed to not pre-order any EA games. Therefore, EA could create Dead Space 4 in order to get fans behind its brand.

Glen Schofield Leaves Visceral Games

Glen Schofield used to be one of the lead developers at Visceral Games, but he left to start his own company. Knowing that Dead Space 3 is the biggest game the developer has worked on and that there is a high demand for Dead Space 4, Glen Schofield might be the one to bring Dead Space 4 to life. On the downside, there is no official confirmation from the developer and we need to wait more until Dead Space 4 gets confirmed.

Samsung Galaxy A7 vs. OnePlus 3T – Immersive Media Experience or Faster Hardware Power, You Choose

Apple and Samsung keep launching new high-end flagship devices every year and while these smartphones might be amazing, they are quite expensive. Take Apple’s latest iPhone X for example which comes with a price tag of over $1,000. Not everyone is willing to pay that much for a smartphone and here is where mid-ranged devices come in.

Galaxy A7 vs OnePlus 3T

Today we are going to pin Galaxy A7 and OnePlus 3T against each other in order to see which one wins. The reason we are doing this is that both smartphones are renowned for their hardware power, innovative features and affordable prices.

Display Technology

Samsung is known for equipping its smartphones with only the best displays available on the market. Therefore, Galaxy A7 ships with a massive 5.7-inches panel that uses the latest Super AMOLED technology which puts out a pixel resolution of 1080 x 1920. On the other hand, we have OnePlus 3T that comes with a smaller panel of 5.5-inches that uses Optic AMOLED technology. Moreover, OnePlus 3T’s panel delivers the same pixel resolution as Galaxy A7.

Hardware Specs

Leaving the display aside, the CPU is the hardware part that matters the most. Galaxy A7 is fueled by an Exynos 7880 octa-core CPU that clocks at 1.9GHz. Hardware performance is the part where OnePlus 3T shines the most because it features a Qualcomm quad-core Snapdragon 821 CPU that clocks at 2.35GHz. Furthermore, OnePlus 3T’s CPU is paired with 6GB of RAM while Galaxy A7’s CPU features only 3GB.

Final Words

From the looks of it, the two smartphones are close equals. Galaxy A7 is the one which takes the cake when it comes to display technology and immersive media viewing experience while OnePlus 3T is the ideal smartphone for people who love a faster hardware performance.

Second-Largest Stock Exchange In Germany To Launch An ICO Platform And A Cryptocurrency Trading Platform

Germany’s second-largest stock exchange, the Boerse Stuttgart, has unveiled plans to develop an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) platform, as well as a multilateral cryptocurrency trading platform, as reported by Finextra yesterday.

The German stock exchange, which in 2017 had a trading volume of about $95 billion in all asset classes, had already presented a prototype of its commission-free cryptocurrency trading platform to the public. The platform, called Bison, is scheduled for release in September.

The exchange is now targeting both the primary and secondary markets through the development of both an ICO platform and a multilateral and regulated crypto trading system.

The ICO platform will facilitate the issuance of crypto tokens, corporate financing, and representation of rights and assets, with the aim of increasing their chances of success.

The ICO platform launch would help the Garmany’s second-largest stock exchange develop a multilateral cryptocurrency trading platform

According to Finextra, Alexander Hoptner, Boerse Stuttgart CEO, said the move to develop the cryptocurrency trading platform is a response to “retail and institutional investors’ demand for a regulated and reliable environment for crypto trading.”

“At the trading venue, tokens issued through our ICO platform can be traded on the secondary market. This is an important success factor for ICOs,” Hoptner added.

Alexander Hoptner added that the purpose of the exchange is to provide “core services along the value chain of digital assets, all under one roof,” so it is developing a comprehensive services infrastructure that will include secure custody solutions for both emerging digital assets and established cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH).

Bison is being developed by local data analysis firm Sowa Labs, which the platform acquired in December 2017 as part of its roadmap to an ambitious “digital strategy”.

Beyond cryptocurrency trading operations, the Bison platform seeks to integrate the underlying blockchain technology to increase the efficiency and security of the transactions.
