iPhone 9 Release Date Delayed Because Of Production Problems

iPhone 9 is about to have a late launch compared to iPhone X 2018, having problems with manufacturing the cut-off LCD that it wants to use this year.

The information comes from the Asian publication Nikkei, this being the second to announce that production for iPhone 9 will begin later than the one for iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Plus, so there might be some truth in this.

iPhone 9 is set to have the final components just delivered in August at Foxconn factories where they are going to be assembled a month later than those that will be used to produce Apple’s iPhone 11. The one month delay between initiating production for the two iPhone models is not unusual if Apple has production problems and what we are hearing about iPhone 9 is not really new, similar information being offered about iPhone X in 2017.

iPhone 9 was initially announced for launch in the autumn of 2018, but it seems it will arrive in October or even November on the market, if Apple’s partners are able to solve problems with the manufacture of LCD screens. It is unclear what affects the production of LCD screens for iPhone 9 in 2018, but it does not matter, because if Apple does not have components, in the end, they can not make the phones. On the other matter, we already know for some time that iPhone 9 will have an enhanced three-camera setup and top AR features.

Google Chrome vs. UC Browser – Best Speed and Safety Comparison

There are two browsers with a large amount of users worldwide, both of which use an open-source project called Chromium. Let’s take a look at Google Chrome and UC Browser, which put together amount to more than 1.5 billion users. In order to find out what their similarities and differences are, we will try to compare both browsers by focusing on some of their key features.

Availability

Google Chrome is compatible with Android, Windows and Linux operating systems, whereas UC Brower can run on Windows, BREW, Symbian, Android, Samsung BADA, iOS and Tizen.

Speed

When it comes to Chrome, it is equipped with Data Saver, a system that blocks background data usage and optimizes the speed of browsing. On the other hand, thanks to Speed Mode and Cloud Boost, UC can help you get the most of even the slowest internet connection.

Data Saver

Both Chrome and UC Browser have a data saver feature available for users, which compresses webpages before they are loaded by the browser. This comes in handy especially when you want to make sure that you will not exceed your data usage.

Downloading options

While Chrome saves every file in the default location, UC Browser allows you to select the place on your device where you want to save the file.

Safety

Talking about security, UC Browser does not have a good press, as it has been involved in sensitive user data leaks. Overall, it has many vulnerabilities. Google Chrome, on the other hand, is a safe browser that actively blocks phishing websites. Incognito browsing is supported by both Chrome and UC, with one difference: unlike UC, Chrome opens selected pages in a new tab.

Summary

Even though both browsers are based on Chromium, they are not that similar in many aspects. While both have certain features managing data usage and speed, what separates them is that UC Browser is more versatile, whereas Google Chrome is much more secure than the other.

Clash of Clans’ Town Hall Update – New Potions, Giga Tesla and Siege Machines

With a new update of Clash of Clans expected to be released later this month, Supercell is planning to add a huge amount of interesting features to keep its fan base happy. Since its launch, five years ago, this game was nothing but successful, in a big part thanks to the company’s policy of a constant improvement through updates, which have kept the game exciting and enjoyable. The 2018 summer update is supposed to do exactly that. We also expect many aspects of the game to be changed for the better.

In this article, we will take a look at some of the proposed changes.

Balancing changes

As it is the case with every important update, some balances will be modified. These changes will cover certain aspects of the game, such as: cheaper wall rings, lower costs of improving wall rings, increased maximum storage limit for Elixir, Gold and Dark Elixir, more loot gained through winning wars and some of the spells becoming more powerful.

New potions to be added

Five new potions will become available within the official Fan Kit: Magic Potion, Heroic Potion, Potion of Strength, Reset Clock Potion and Insta Finish Potion.

Giga Tesla

This new feature will help you protect your town hall against the aggressors and becomes available to you as soon as you upgrade to Town Hall 12. Giga Tesla itself can be updated up to five levels, which adds more power to the weapon.

Siege Machines to be introduced

As confirmed by Supercell, Siege Machines will become part of the battlefield with Town Hall 12. These weapons will have a great impact on the game, changing the strategies of attacks between clans and players.

New troop to be added

A new troop, now confirmed to be Electro Dragon, will be added as a part of the Town Hall 12 update.

The TH12 update is supposed to be released around the third week of June, much to the excitement of the fans.

Clash of Clans’ Town Hall 12 Newest Powerful Troops and Electro Dragon

A new troop for Clash of Clans that was leaked on Thursday is now confirmed by a post on the official COC blog. It was named Electro Dragon and it becomes available with the new Town Hall 12 update.

Electro Dragon is supposed to be a reward for those players whose determination and effort make them eligible to unlock it. This troop comes with Town Hall 12, which has been circulating the internet over the past week. June’s update will provide some changes when it comes to balances and engineered bases. Some extra work may be needed, but so far, the fans of Clash of Clans are satisfied with all the proposed changes. Having learned from the failure of the Town Hall 11 update, Supercell wants to make sure that all the newly introduced features are not interfering with the content that already exists.

Let’s take a closer look at Electro Dragon and what it offers. Judging by the recently revealed stats, this troop is going to be a destructive weapon, one of the deadliest creatures in the history of Clash of Clans. Some details are still unknown, but we know for sure that Electro Dragon will be an extremely expensive troop when it comes to the cost of its maintenance. This, and the fact that it will take an enormous amount of time to train it will definitely make it a very unique troop. Still, it’s better to be prepared as there’s always a chance that you will encounter one of them.

Leaked information gives us more details about the Electro Dragon troop. It requires Town Hall 11, Barracks level 13. It’s not picky about the type of target, as it can attack both on the ground and in the air. While in the battle, Electro Dragon first hits its initial target and then it can destroy up to five other targets, by using its Lightning Breath. Also, lightning bolts are released on the enemies in case the troop dies.

We can’t wait to see Electro Dragon in action! Meanwhile, the Town Hall 12 update will most likely be released later in June.

Houdini Semi-jailbreak for iOS 12 Beta Working Soon

We already know that CoolStar is working on releasing an Electra jailbreak for iOS 11.3.1 and that the Houdini iOS 11.3.1 semi-jailbreak is out in the public domain.

Now we have some updates regarding the Houdini tool that seems to be already working on iOS 12 beta devices. The developer of the Houdini semi-jailbreak, Abraham Masri, has recently released an update for Houdini that has been received very well by the jailbreaking community. This is of course enough to prove that “jailbreaking isn’t dead” and that there is still a battle going on between Apple and the jailbreak community.

Thus, this newest update comes with tremendous excitement, as it is obvious that iOS 12 has its vulnerabilities that will be exploited even more in the future.

The information that we have so far comes from an image that was shared by Masri himself, showing Houdini running on an iPhone that already has iOS 12 installed. Also, based on a secondary post that reads “Just to be clear, the exploit used in the screenshot is not very powerful. It allows Houdini to write anything outside the sandbox but not read”, it looks like a new exploit is being used in order to allow this version of Houdini to function on iOS 12.

Another thing that we saw revealed in the post is that this semi-jailbreak tool may not be very “powerful” yet. Nevertheless, we are excited to see that Masri already started working on trying to liberate Apple’s iOS 12 platform. As we can probably expect, Apple will continue to launch new versions of iOS 12 into the testing community. They will certainly try to make the newer versions of the software as secure as possible.

We can definitely count on both security researchers and developers to create the jailbreaking tools that the community needs. Also, while the iOS 12 platform is still in beta, we cannot expect anything final and official to be launched. But we do hope things will get updated for when iOS 12 goes live to the public later this year.
