GTA 6 And Bully 2 Are The Two Games That Rockstar Is Developing Now, According To Recent Leaks

Rockstar fans and admirers, we have found out that the game studio could have a lot of games in development for you. Currently, we are fascinated and hooked by the new Red Dead Redemption 2 released by the company, but we can’t stop wondering what will the next games be about and when they will come out? We know that Rockstar is the kind of company that focuses on one game at a time, but a new employee resume has given us some indications about future projects. Accordingly, besides GTA 6, Rockstar is reportedly developing Bully 2, also.

What Information Do We Have?

The animator, Abhinav Raj Karanwal’s resume, was found by a user from Reddit, and it claims that he’s working on multiple unannounced console games as a senior animator at Rockstar India.

Unfortunately, other information is not available by now, but this detail can give us the idea that the company is working on more games than we think. And this means exciting news for fans, and maybe a short period for the next releases.

The thing we don’t know, of course, it’s what games Rockstar is working on? The animator from Rockstar India hasn’t given us any indication about the next games, their names, or other details. Don’t you worry, we still have some rumors for you!

The Leak Claims That Rockstar Works on GTA 6 and Bully 2

These fascinating rumors that help us “survive” from one game to another, from one announcement to another, says that Rockstar has two games in development. So, the first game that is traveling from one rumor to another is Bully 2. We have heard about it for months, and if it will be like the original Bully, that means Bully 2 will be much smaller compared to other titles launch by the company.

The other game that is in development at Rockstar is GTA 6. And so many rumors have passed on the Internet lately about the game that it’s inevitable. Finally, only Rockstar knows better what plans and projects have in development, maybe they are preparing some sequel to other games, or they work on the largest ones. Grand Theft Auto Is Still One Of The Most Anticipated Video Games. Now that Rockstar released Red Dead Redemption 2 (which became an instant success), the studio can focus on the sixth installment in the Grand Theft Auto franchise.

Nonetheless, the game won’t come out too soon, as Rockstar is currently developing the project. A couple of job offers posted by Rockstar indicate that they are working for the right persons for the job. This means that they haven’t abandoned the project and they are looking for the best team for it.

It appears that Rockstar Games is looking for experts on improving tools, environment design, animation retargeting and facial graphics. The descriptions of the job offers give use some important clues. For example, one of them mentions that they are looking to create “next-generation worlds for some exciting upcoming projects!”. This suggests that we might get a massive map in GTA 6.

Receiving a huge complex Grand Theft Auto 6 has been speculated for quite some time. Some fans believe that the next game will take action to Mexico as well, while others think that the map will include all the United States.

Meanwhile, when it comes to the story, the political background might end up influencing it. Co-writer Dan Houser shared some thoughts with GQ in an interview. “It’s really unclear what we would even do with [GTA 6], let alone how upset people would get with whatever we did. Both intense liberal progression and intense conservatism are both very militant, and very angry,” Houser told GQ.

Therefore, the studio is trying to find the perfect moment for the launch. “It is scary but it’s also strange, and yet both of them seem occasionally to veer towards the absurd. It’s hard to satirize for those reasons. Some of the stuff you see is straightforwardly beyond satire. It would be out of date within two minutes, everything is changing so fast.”

GTA 6 Rumors – Rockstar Games Posted Job Ads Hinting To A Next-Gen GTA 6

Once again, GTA 6 is in the news. New GTA 6 rumors have been circulating on forums since Rockstar Games, the studio behind the franchise, posted several job ads hinting to the future Grand Theft Auto title which could be next-gen.

According to the job ads that Rockstar Games posted on the Internet, the games studio is looking for an artist with experience in designing transportation models, “including but not limited to Cars, Trucks and Vans, Motorbikes, Helicopters, Planes, Military, and Boats.” However, Rockstar mentioned that the models should not be carbon copies of real-life vehicles, but they have to retain the essence and the design feel of real-world references.

In short, everything Rockstar Games demands in its new job ads hints to a Grand Theft Auto title. In GTA games, we also have fictive cars but which look pretty much like real-life cars. With that in mind, the job ads might indeed refer to GTA 6. But wait, there’s more!

Job Ads Posted by Rockstar Games Hint To a Next-Gen GTA 6

In addition to all that we’ve already mentioned above, the job ads Rockstar Games posted in their search for an experienced artist also indicate that the future employee should conduct “the development of new approaches and workflows to facial tracking, facial animation, facial recognition, improving tools/pipelines currently in place.

Also, the ads mention that the future artist must also work on the creation of “next-generation worlds for some exciting upcoming projects.” That could mean the next Grand Theft Auto title, GTA 6 would be next-gen, so, accordingly, it would roll out for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Scarlett.

If that is indeed correct, then we would have to wait until the next-generation video game consoles roll out to see GTA 6 launch. Accordingly, GTA 6 would come out somewhen between 2020 and 2021 since some rumors reported that both PlayStation 5 and Xbox Scarlett would also launch in that period.

GTA 6: When Do We Get the Game?

The developers of the game don’t have a clear idea about the next version of the game, so it’s crystal clear that we don’t have a certain release date. There are many rumors out there, in the world of internet, and some people believe it will come in 2019, others that it will come in 2020, or even 2022.

It doesn’t matter what date they’re talking about, rumors are rumors, and they’re everywhere, and will be everywhere – about the date, gameplay and characters. And there are many questions that were left unanswered. For example, in what time will GTA 6 be framed in. It’s good to mention that there were some political thoughts when it came to the last game –  GTA 5 reflected the American society in a specific way, and some people were not so happy.

How do we know if they’re making the right decision?

The company has given us some suggestions about the effect of the gameplay. Some elements will be done with a certain goal in mind, perhaps 1970’s USA, and not what they’ve been going on with right now. Republicans, as well as Democrats were not happy, so the developers will probably go for safety with their next game, and every kind of controversy will be left out.

There is another theory on the internet that says that the action will take place in South America, but also in other parts of USA – remember Vice City? It will still be there. Then there are all the other rumors that say that the entire country will be on the map – but it’s less likely for that to happen.

Is there going to be a female character, or not?

They’ve been teasing the female protagonist for a long time. There’s also all kind of speculation, including the fact that a female protagonist will not be relevant to the storyline.

GTA 6: Release Game and a Female-Main Character?

2018 is almost over and fans still don’t know anything about GTA 6 – not a release date, not even an update of their work or if work really happens – at all. Fans can only think of GTA 6 by making comparisons with GTA 5.

Will they get rid of the previous characters?

Among the most preferred rumors out there on the internet, is also the possibility of a new main protagonist. In every title, we got to meet some new characters and their stories. However, there has always been the main character that was the center of the gameplay. There are rumors that they simply cannot get rid of the main protagonists of the previous game. We cannot know for sure until we have an official statement from the game developers.

Some say that Trevor, Franklin and Michael – the protagonists of GTA V – won’t be returning for the sequel. But that they’d make occasional cameos in the next game GTA 6.

It’s also a rumor on the internet that a female protagonist will make its appearance in GTA 6. One of the writers of the game was asked in an interview if there’s a possibility for a female character to be the main character of the game, and his answer was of course, but they did not find the perfect one yet, but that it’s definitely in their minds. As long as they have the proper themes, there can be a female lead role in the game.

The release date

As said before, we don’t have much information for GTA 6. Also, the release date may not happen soon, as we believed. One gaming industry analyst said that the game will be announced in 2020, so it’s very likely it will be launched in 2021.
