Sims 5 Expected Release Date – Available Soon With Everything Changed

Back in 2014, the Sims 4 was launched and from what we know so far, the franchise has had a great response from the fan community and has managed to make some solid revenue.

Will the Sims 5 be published soon by Electronic Arts?

It seems that EA will publish a new game for the Sims series if they see that there is enough revenue from the current Sims 4, which at the moment is going pretty well on PC. EA did not give any details about the sales numbers, but as we mentioned before, the company must have gained a substantial amount of money, taking into consideration the success of the Sims 4. Most probably, the new Sims 5 will be launched soon, but we will have more details about the release in the future.

Do we have a launch date for the Sims 5?

Based on what we know until now, the Sims 4 fans seem to greatly enjoy the present version of the game. There are still things happening around this game and it might seem highly unlikely for any new game to be released in the following two or three years. Also, taking into consideration the fact that only 9 solid expansion packs have been released for the existing game shows that the Sims 4 is far from its end.

In addition, there are several bugs that still need to be fixed and the developers are expected to add new features to the current game before releasing a new one. Therefore, we cannot talk about a launch date yet.

There is a theory, however, that the development of the Sims 5 has already started, which may not necessarily come as a surprise when we think about the amount of time and resources needed to develop a new title. We might have to wait a little bit longer for an actual release date to be revealed, which obviously depends on the lifecycle of the Sims 4 game.

PS5 and Xbox Two Leaks – Latest Information We Know So Far

The streaming era is slowly the gaming industry. Recent news about the Xbox Two and PlayStation 5 came as a confirmation to the statement above. Even though it is not crystal clear what the developer of the next generation of consoles are planning to implement, we can assume it is going to bring us a discless future soon.

Discless PS5 and Xbox Two?

Michael J. Olson and Yung Kim, some analyst, suggest that, according to VGR, there will be a possibility of discless devices. We might not see any physical media involved with these consoles by 2022. By that, we can assume that no disc feature will be compatible with the consoles by 2022. Another part of this story would be that the Xbox Two and PS5 release will not bring them with disc drives.

If you believed in backward compatibility for the consoles mentioned, you might face some disappointment. Taking into account the fact that the previous models of PlayStation used discs, the old gaming discs will no longer be usable for playing. And if there will be a chance of backward compatibility for the next generation of consoles, as a user you will need to buy those games again in another format.

With that being said, there is a little chance for these consoles to go discless in the near future. This would also affect retailers who have a nificant revenue year by year due to seeling discless consoles.

No more PS4?

PS4 already has a date of death set although we were not provided any information about that. The gaming division president of Sony, John Coder, said that by March 2021 we d no longer be able to purchase the PlayStation 4.

The future of consoles is still to be set so until then we need to settle with what we have.

MacBook Pro 2019 Leaks – New Keyboard, Ports and LTE

A not Air nor Pro MacBook was introduced by Apple in 2015 which did not feature enough ports, and that introduced the USB-C.

The MacBook Pro released in 2016 came along with these changes and a few additions such us Touch ID, an OLED-screen Touch Bar and the most appreciated DCI-P3 display.

In 2017, however, the only change in MacBooks and MacBooks Pro was the improved Intel Kaby Lake processors.

2018 was significantly better with the introduction of a 3d generation keyboard, Coffee Lake processors with six cores and the TrueTone.

Now it is the time to make some assumptions regarding 2019.

Will the keyboard improve?

Whether you hate the MacBook and MacBook Pro keyboards or you love them, in 2018 they were updated, but it is still to be seen what will happen to them in 2019.

Will the keyboard be replaced with a multi-force-touch surface?

Even though it is not the first time we hear this rumor, it still frightens us even though our brain could be tricked into feeling dials, keys, nobs and other methods of controlling rather than a keyboard.

Will MacBook have more ports?

Because Apple failed to make the MacBook wireless, it still has a USB-C which is used for both charging the device and carrying data. It does not satisfy the public because wireless charging is not possible yet and they also suffer from a lack of LTE and Bluetooth’s inability to support a broader range of peripherals.

We are not sure if the next MacBook will come with more ports or no ports.

Any change of receiving LTE?

that to happen, the macOS will need to have an addition of a mobile mode feature which is kind of a hard change for Qualcomm to make so it will take a while until our wish fulfilled.

A change in Intel processors?

Even though Intel is struggling to improve, Apple will surely stick to whatever they release new.

The New 5G mmWave Antenna Module for QTM052 Smartphones

Two innovative 5G antenna modules were announced by Qualcomm on Monday Morning. These gadgets are the mmWave-capable QTM052 and sub-6 GHz QPM56xx.

Details about the antennas

Qualcomm says that QTM052 is the next breakthrough in technology. With the help of this antenna, they achieved the goal to create a mmWave antenna minuscule enough to be featured into a smartphone.

The director of 5G product marketing from Qualcomm, Sherif Hanna, confirms that this technology was considered to be impossible to create. Another significant achievement about this array is that it is small enough even four of it could be fitted in the smartphone based on QEM’s design.

If a smartphone takes advantage of its QTM052 antenna arrays, it can send mmWave radio signals even though not every one of them is working.

Hanna states in an interview on MobileSyrup:

“It was important for us to do this because mmWave is such a new technology for everyone involved. It impacts every aspect of a device’s design — from the industrial design and form factor to the thermals and materials. We felt compelled to give OEMs an all-in-one solution that they can take and integrate into their own devices, helping them get over the hump of this very complex design challenge to get mmWave working in mobile devices.”

Tests

While being tested, 4.5 Gigabits per second was the speed of downloading a prototype smartphone equipped by Qualcomm with an X50 modem, and a couple of QTM052 antennas has achieved. Outside the lab, the company says that such a combination would generate a speed of downloading of at least 1.4Gbps. Regarding the sub-6 GHz QPM56xx antenna array an estimated 500-600 Megabits per second speed is expected.

To sum up, if you are excited about this breakthrough, keep in mind that these antenna arrays were already sent to network operators and smartphone makers, according to Qualcomm which also expects a first device featuring QTM052 to appear in early 2019.
