Nintendo Prepares New Games In 2019 – Mario Kart Tour, Dr. Mario World, Luigi’s Mansion 3 Among Them

2019 will be a good year for games, especially from a Nintendo point of view. Nintendo already announced numerous video games that will hit the shelves this year, and many of them are well-known titles. Here are some of them, maybe the most sought-after Nintendo games in 2019, including Mario Kart Tour, Dr. Mario World, and Luigi’s Mansion 3.

Super Mario Maker 2

Super Mario Maker was a huge hit back in the day, because it allowed players to create their own Super Mario Levels and then let other people play them as well. Finally, the game will have a “sequel” as Nintendo is planning to release Super Mario Maker 2.

Animal Crossing for Nintendo Switch

Animal Crossings fans will be glad to hear that the favorite game is finally reaching Nintendo Switch, after almost 20 years. The child in you should be happy to hear the news.

Dr. Mario World

If you are familiar with the Dr. Mario puzzle games, you should know that the upcoming Dr. Mario World will be based on the same concept. The game will be developed in collaboration with Korean game development studio NHN Entertainment, as well as the Japanese social media company Line.

Mario Kart Tour

The Mario Kart legacy will probably never die. This summer, Mario Kart Tour will be released, and the game will be available for iOS and Android devices. Nonetheless, we do not know too many details about the game so far. However, Mario Kart Tour is a highly anticipated Nintendo game in 2019.

Luigi’s Mansion 3

Back in 2001, a different kind of Mario game was released. Luigi’s Mansion allows you to explore a haunted mansion and vacuum the ghosts there. The game also received a sequel, and this year a new game will be launched.

The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening

Just like Mario Kart Tour, The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening is also one of the most sought-after Nintendo games in 2019. The Legend of Zelda games is a big part of video game history. After 25 years, Nintendo finally decided to remaster Link’s Awakening. There is no definite release date, but we do know that the game will come out this year.

Kingdom Hearts 3 DLC Will Bring Xion, A Mysterious Character In The Game

We finally found out what the Kingdom Hearts 3 DLC will bring, and we have to admit that the downloadable content should be interesting. As it turns out, the upcoming Kingdom Hearts 3 DLC will feature Xion, one of the most interesting characters of the game.

Xion is a mysterious character, and there is not much we know about her. In fact, if you haven’t completed Kingdom Hearts 3, you might not even know who she is. Xion appears near the end of the game, during one of the final fights with Organization XIII.

At first, she is a rival for the player, but this changes after she gets back her memories. Xion becomes an ally of Sora and decides to help out the gang. It is not simple to understand her origin story or her motivations, and there are numerous things that were left unexplained. Luckily for us, the DLC should solve this problem.

Kingdom Hearts DLC will reveal more details on who Xion is and her role in the game

“I think it’s something that people could guess, but we plan to explain it in downloadable content,” explained Nomura. Therefore, if you want to learn more about Xion, you will have to wait until the DLC is released.

To offer you more background info, the wiki page of Xion tells us that she is a clone of Roxas, Xion was created using the memories of Sora. More than that, the ways she looks like is influenced by who is looking at her, which is the reason why she looks like Kairi most of the time.

It is very likely that Xion returned because she is connected to the “heart” of Sora. However, there are not many details available at the moment. Hopefully, the upcoming Kingdom Hearts 3 DLC will provide all the answers that we need.

Elder Scrolls 6 – Here Is Everything You Need To Know!

Bethesda confirmed the Elder Scrolls 6, the successor of Skyrim, is under development, at the moment. While not many official details went online about the game, we decided to take all the reliable rumors and news and came up with a short list with everything you need to know about Elder Scrolls 6.

First, let’s clear up a few things, shall we? Elder Scrolls 6 is a so-called “triple-A” game, meaning that Bethesda and everyone working on the game plan to keep the secrecy over the title until the last moment before the release. Accordingly, we won’t be able to get official information about the next installment in the famous Elder Scrolls franchise. At least, not until the game is just about to come out. In the meantime, all we can do is rely on rumors, suggestions, and the announcement trailer that Bethesda released last year.

Elder Scrolls 6 – Here Is Everything You Need To Know!

Elder Scrolls 6 Location

Bethesda released the announcement trailer (see at the end of the article) with a puzzle for the fans of the series. Accordingly, Todd Howard from the games studio said that the teaser contains some clues about where the action in Elder Scrolls 6 would take place. The gamers accepted the challenge.

Accordingly, one clue in the trailer, revealing some rocks highly elevated from the ground, might indicate that Elder Scrolls 6 might take place in High Rock, a segment of Tamriel, the in-game world.

Elder Scrolls 6 Might Be Named “Redfall”

A recent legal dispute between sci-fi author Jay Falconer and ZeniMax Media (worked with Bethesda at the Elder Scrolls Online) revealed that the company tried to patent the name “Redfall.” Since there is no Elder Scrolls title called like that, the fans believe that the plan was to name the next title in the series Elder Scrolls 6: Redfall.

Elder Scrolls 6 Release Date

In June 2018, during E3, Todd Howard, Bethesda’s boss, said the Elder Scrolls 6 was in pre-production at that time. Now, taking into account that an RPG as significant as a new title in the Elder Scrolls franchise would take years of work, it would be wise not to expect Elder Scrolls 6 anytime soon. In the meantime, why not get a powerful gaming rig from gaming pc to better prepare yourself.

Besides, Bethesda is also working on a brand new RPG, Starfield. So, we assume that we won’t see the new Elder Scrolls 6 coming out in the next two years or so.

Anthem Is A Disappointment, And It Seems That Nothing Can Change That

Star Wars The Old Republic was BioWare’s first foray into the multiplayer genre. The MMO provided an enthralling story experience, but the game failed to leave a dent in a genre dominated by established titles. With Anthem, BioWare tried to blend its award-winning storytelling capabilities with the mechanics and gameplay of a relatively new type known as looter shooter.

Looter shooter offers visceral shooting action coupled with an MMO layer which involves multiplayer, an evolving world and a generous amount of loot which becomes better as you progress through the game.

It is odd that EA decided to give Anthem to BioWare, a developer known for its single-player role-playing video game series, among which we can count Baldur’s Gate, Mass Effect and Dragon Age.

Anthem Is A Disappointment, And There’s Nothing To Change That

Anthem does feature a narrative, but it’s far from being the thought-challenging story encountered in the developer’s past titles. Gameplay has taken a central place in the case of Anthem, with the story orbiting around the four Javelin armors. Players of the game can choose one of the four Javelin, Iron Man-like armors, and participate in a series of quests and challenges as they journey toward level 30 and the end game. The Javelins are beautiful, able to fly, strike, and fight flawlessly. At an ideal level, the game could be carried by the Javelins alone, but that is not the case.

The combat sequences are lackluster after a few missions when the player realizes that the same scenarios are recycled over and over again. Flying is exciting but the open world scenario, although very detailed, feels empty and repetitive. In this context, the story of the game appears to be even shallower than it seemed at first. Long storylines will take from one zone to another but the plot twists are predictable, and many of the NPCs which populate the hub are unlikeable.

Further content will be added by a series of patches, according to the roadmap of the game. Until the first significant patch arrives in May, the servers may become barren, but that remains to be seen. However, some gamers think that no update in the world can change Anthem and make it look good.
