Apple also revealed how to use the emergency SOS mode, which has saved so many lives to date to users of all ages, according to the Cupertino-based company.

In this first video, the giant tech company talks about the training app. It reviews the application, from the moment we start training around the clock. It highlights how to start a workout with just a few taps on the Apple Watch Series 4 screen. Later, they present a live training session, and it shows us how we should keep track of our progress at all times. After finishing the exercise, it shows us the summary of the workout session.

Secondly, Apple shows us how to activate the SOS function on our devices. In the video, we can see that by holding down the side button of the new Apple Watch Series 4 and selecting the option of emergency calls, the device would make the appropriate action. Apple also shows us how we can access medical information if healthcare providers require more data about us.

Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Sets A New Digital Sales Record

Call of Duty Black Ops 4 is selling very well digitally. In this regard, Activision reported that in a press release that the newly released CoD Black Ops 4 title set a new digital sales record, breaking any of the Activision’s previous records. Thus, Call of Duty Black Ops 4 becomes the best-sold game of the company, breaking the record for the “biggest day one digital release.”

Now, in the second place, there is the Call of Duty WWII, the game published by Activision in 2017. Also, according to the press release, the new Call of Duty Black Ops 4 is selling very well, digitally, on both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Additionally, the new installment in the franchise is also available on PC via Battle.net. According to their official statistics, CoD Black Ops 4 is also successful on Windows 10 platforms. As reported by Battle.net, the new Black Ops title sold by about 100 percent higher in its first day, in comparison to the Call of Duty WWII.

Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Sets A New Digital Sales Record, But Not On Physical Copies Sales

On all the platforms on which it is available, CoD Black Ops 4 established new digital sales records, outperforming previous titles published by Activision, including the last year’s Call of Duty WWII. However, apparently, the game scores better digital sales, while the physical copies sales are at their lowest, at the moment.

For example, according to GI.biz, Call of Duty Black Ops 4 physical copies sales during its first days out were down by about 50 percent in comparison to Call of Duty WWII and 59 percent lower when compared to its predecessor, Black Ops III. Also, it scored lower physical sales than CoD 4 Modern Warfare.

However, this new figures shouldn’t be a surprise for us since the online has evolved significantly since the release of Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare or Black Ops 3. Now, almost every game in the world is available digitally, which, in reality, is a much faster and reliable option than physical copies.

Rockstar Revealed Huge Gameplay Update on Red Dead Redemption 2

Ahead of the October 26th launch, Rockstar has just revealed huge gameplay update on Red Ded Redemption 2 and presented some valuable information on the in-game weapons. Accordingly, Red Dead Redemption 2 would pack more than 50 weapons and tons of personalization options.

Red Dead Redemption 2 to boast more realistic weapons

“There are over 50 unique, usable weapons, a massive range of options for customization, and a wide selection of different ammunition types to improve accuracy, range or damage,” said Rockstar representative in a blog post.

Also, Rockstar revealed that the devs boosted the realism regarding the weapons in Red Dead Redemption 2. Accordingly, “the more a gun is used, the better it will perform, but it will also start to degrade over time if not looked after, so a trusty sidearm needs to be kept oiled and clean,” as the studio said.

Furthermore, there would be tons of personalization options for weapons. According to Rockstar, “with a myriad of customization options ranging from visual upgrades like new metals, woods, varnishes, and engravings to performance upgrades like new barrels, grips, sights, and scopes, you can design an entirely unique weapon that looks and handles exactly the way you want it to.”

Rockstar added over 50 weapons to Red Dead Redemption 2, each with its own characteristics

“Every weapon’s performance varies in terms of damage, range, fire rate, accuracy and reload speed, so it’s important to pick wisely depending on the situation,” Rockstar said. Also, Rockstar offered some tips regarding how to use weapons depending on their own characteristics. Accordingly, they also talked about Double-Action Revolver.

“The high fire rate of a Double-Action Revolver lends itself well to shooting on the move from horseback,” Rockstar stated.

“When faced with just one or two enemies, you might want to go for a Springfield Rifle which has a slower fire rate but delivers much higher damage. For range, a sniper rifle of some kind is obviously a good choice, but scopes can also be fitted to all other types of rifle enabling you to switch between regular view and scope view at any time,” the studio added.

Diablo III Eternal Collection Might Not Come Out With Cross-Platform Play, Blizzard Said

While earlier this week Business Insider reported that Blizzard announced them that cross-platform play in Diablo III is under development, yesterday, the company stated its devs ruled out the idea of adding cross-platform play to Diablo III.

Initially, Business Insider said that Blizzard is already in talks with Sony and Microsoft for making their Diablo III Eternal Collection versions compatible with the variant for Nintendo Switch. Yesterday, however, a Blizzard representative contacted DualShockers to reveal that cross-platform play was ruled out for the moment.

“While we love the idea of bringing our players together across platforms, we do not have any plans to implement cross-platform gameplay for Diablo at this time,” the Blizzard Entertainment spokesperson reported for DualShockers.

Diablo III Eternal Collection would come out to Nintendo Switch on November 2nd, 2018, for all regions. It would cost $59.99 for US and Canada. However, as reported by Blizzard, the upcoming title of the popular franchise won’t boast cross-platform play.

Diablo Gamers Community Demanded Cross-Platform Play For Diablo III

Since many variants of Diablo III appeared over the time, the Diablo gamers community demanded cross-platform play for Diablo III Eternal Collection. In reality, cross-play is an increasingly more popular feature, and video games such as Fortnite, Minecraft, and Rocket League, to mention a few, pleased their fans with such a functionality.

However, Blizzard promised to explore the cross-play addition to Diablo III, but, unfortunately, according to the Blizzard’s most recent statements, the company ruled out the idea of implementing cross-platform play into Diable III Eternal Collection, at least for the moment. So, the company indicates that this feature can get in the game later after launch.

As cross-play is a popular feature nowadays, we hope Blizzard would change its mind eventually and add cross-platform play to Diable III Eternal Collection which is set to come out on November 2nd on Nintendo Switch.

Upcoming Samsung Foldable Phone Would Open Up As A Tablet

DJ Koh, the CEO of mobile business at the South Korean tech giant, reported in an interview on CNET that the upcoming Samsung foldable phone would have dual functionality. According to him, the so-called Galaxy F would be a smartphone that can open up as a tablet, so that owners can use it as they want.

Samsung has been working on a foldable phone since 2013. Even more, during CES 2013, the Senior VP of Samsung’s display department, Brian Berkeley, presented a prototype of a folding screen, a super slim OLED display called Youm. Back then, the prototype was bending instead of folding.

However, as DJ Koh pointed out, since 2013, Samsung made many achievements in this direction, and now the Galaxy F foldable phone is just around the corner. Also, according to DJ Koh, the upcoming Samsung foldable phone would open up as a tablet.

Samsung Foldable Phone Is Not The Only Such Project

While Samsung, via DJ Koh, reported on their achievement in the folding screen smartphone field, they are the only company working on such a project. Also, Huawei and LG are struggling to come up with their own foldable smartphones, and both companies are the fiercest competitor to Samsung in this regard.

Besides, Lenovo already presented its bendable phone concept, while Apple filed a patent for “Electronic Devices With Flexible Displays” a few years ago.

On the other hand, even though Samsung would want to be the first to launch a foldable phone, DJ Koh said on CNET that “if the user experience is not up to my standard, I don’t want to deliver those kinds of products.” Accordingly, the South Korean tech giant is not willing to sacrifice quality for just being the first in a new market.

Despite all that, some rumors hinted to the next month’s Samsung Developer Conference as the event during which the Samsung foldable phone would be revealed.
