Pokemon Go April Community Day – Rumors Appeared Online, Talking About Possible Pokemon Monsters

If you are a Pokemon Go fan, you will be excited to hear that the Ralts spawn rates will increase during the Pokemon Go April Community Day or Bagon or Slakoth could take its place. Regarding the April 2019 Community Day event, details are still on their way, and Pokemon Go fans are waiting.

You should note in your calendar the 13th and 14th of April dates because this is when the April 2019 Community Day event is tipped to take place. Any potential clash with Easter weekend will this way be avoided. The Pokemon Go Community Day will not take place during the weekend of 6th and 7th April as it is too soon, but there are chances it can also happen during the weekend of April 27/28.

During Pokemon Go Community Day events, there is always a Pokemon taking center stage, and fans are excited to find out which one of them will be this time. Hardcore Pokemon Go fans decided to talk more about the next Community Day contender in a new post on Reddit, and the predictions are fun to read.

What might the Pokemon Go April Community Day bring?

Psychic/Fairy Pokemon Ralts, according to the overwhelming majority of fans, will star in the next month’s Pokemon Go Community Day event. Slakoth is another Pokemon that seems to be appearing soon. If you have not gotten a Slaking or a Vigoroth, this would be ideal. An addition to the Pokemon Go Community Day lineup will also be welcomed by Bagon, especially with such a powerful Pokemon being provided by Salamence.

Rhyhorn and Trapinch could also have a chance of being in the event along with Chichar, Turtwig, and Piplup, which are Gen 4 starter Pokemon. We should hear more from Niantic later this week when an official announcement on Pokemon Go April Community Day would come out. During the Community Day events, players are given a chance to capture and evolve specific Pocket Monsters, so you have no reasons to miss the upcoming Pokemon Go Community Day.

Clash of Clans Spring Update – Archer Tower and the Cannon Improvements

We have an announcement from Supercell that the latest updates on Clash of Clans Spring will bring additional balance changes, new levels for troops and buildings.

So about what upgrades we are talking about?

The Archer Tower and the Cannon will be upgradeable to level 17 with 12 million gold and 12 days to upgrade them fully.  With this update you will have the Cannon with 132 DPS and 1,740 HP; the Archer Tower will have 122 DPS and 1,430 HP.

Regarding the troops (Hog Rider, Ice Golem and the Witch), all of them will be getting a new upgrade at Laboratory level 10.

Moreover, new changes will be the overall strategy of the game. That means both attacking and defending.

So, if we are talking about attacking and defending, an example is the Ice Golem and his Freeze Spell. This spell will be different when used offensively or defensively. When in the offense mode, the Freeze Spell will have an increased radius by 36 percent. That will slow down your enemy defense. On the other hand, on the defense mode, the duration of the spell will be reduced at all levels.

Consequently, after the update, the Ice Golem will be more effective if you use him in offense rather than in defense.

Also, we will have a reduced time of the Tornado Trap at each level.

Because of the update, the Battle Machine in the Builder’s Base will change. The regeneration time will be reduced, so you could match it with your Training Camps, and be ready for battle much faster. That’s encouraging for the dynamic gameplay, and you will get into action earlier.

At last but not least, this Spring update on Clash of Clans will bring a quality of life improvements.  Supercell announced that he wants to reduce the brightness of the clouds for an easy play for the eyes.

Add Public Events on Google Maps: Android Feature Goes Live

For those that use Google Maps regularly, you might have noticed a handy feature that appeared in the Android app.

Google Maps for Android now lets users add a public event in the Contribute Tab. Using Google Maps’ new feature can let business and event managers make public their next events without the need of paying for advertising. It takes nearly 30 minutes to make that event live once it was added on Google Maps.

The new feature is only available for Android users at the moment. Now let’s see how you can set your public event in the short guide below.

Google Maps: Add a Public Event

Looking at the support page from Google, we can see that the feature is not live in all regions, so if you don’t see it, then you’ll have to wait for your region to be added. To see the option and add a public event, follow the next steps:

  • open Google Maps on Android -> go to the tab Contribute -> tap on Events, then tap on Add a public event.

In there, you will get a few choices: you can tag the location, add the event name, and the time and date of the event.

The option also lets you add an image and write more details about the event and even describe it. However, there have been reports of the image option being unresponsive.

Save the event, and if you want, even after you have created the event, you can edit or delete it by going to:

  • Contribute -> Events -> Select your event -> Edit this event / Delete this event.

We don’t know yet if this feature will be globally available or if it will also go live on Google Maps for iPhone users.

Google Maps Changes, New Features and More

According to Debate Report, Google Street View now lets you watch “Mars on Earth,” and it’s definitely not what we expected.

Google has also made a few changes to the Maps for Android, reintroducing city, state and country borders, after being removed a few months ago. When a user searches a city, state or country, they will see the borders highlighted with red. According to reports, this border feature has appeared in version 10.12.1.
